Cloudy2Clear Windows - Chester & Wirral Reviews 40

You advertise that cloudy2clear covers the whole of the UK but you cannot help people in Wales. I have a post code CH88PN. Which is a Chester/Cheshire and north wales code but you have nobody in this area to help. I put in a south Wales postcode and a north wales postcode and again no branch to help. You do not cover the whole of the UK. Do you cover any Scottish postcodes?

We can fully recommend Cloudy2Clear Windows - as on both occasions we have received a very first class telephone service and a very first class job by each of their very helpful and efficient window fitters!

Kept to the appointment times. Chatty friendly chap. Same man came back to fit my windows and again was friendly and got them fitted with no bother.

Two guys came and had both window units in within half an hour. They worked very efficiently and were very tidy.

What makes a good company great is how they respond when something goes wrong. Our windows were delivered slightly out of spec but the installer (Alan Ball) noticed and immediately reordered, apologised and rescheduled. The telephone customer support was first class. Polite pleasant and did what they said they would do. This is a credit to the company. Not very common these days. Thanks

On time polite and very efficient

Alan came out gave me quote then we arranged a date and time.
Day came no show was told 2 guys phoned in sick, not a problem let me know when can rearrange.... No reply after 3 emails and a phone call.
Probably lied about the sickness and had another job with more windows to repair.
So if just a small amount they won't bother coming or replying to you.
Standard response then.. Great customer service 👍

Alan, Lewis & Keith (Cheshire) did a fabulous job on my distorted double glazed windows - from replacing hinges to re sealing.
They were all timely, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, very helpful & respected my home.
I was particularly impressed that they all wore shoe covers when entering my home - so many don’t.
I can highly recommend this company.

The supplier turned up on time and we were satisfied with the results and installation.

Had 2 windows replaced quickly and efficiently today by a very friendly guy who did an excellent job.
It does save a lot of money by replacing just the glass rather than the whole frame and it's guaranteed for 25years too !

For a family run Company, avoid. When they found out what I wanted was not going to cost thousands of pounds and make it worth there while, they lost interest. So much for prices starting from £99! Very disappointing! I believed their advertising and commercial radio adverts.

I would recommend this company to anyone. From order to fitting all were polite and punctual. The fitters were so pleasant. Price was competitive and 25 year guarantee as well.
