Stay away. Software and website isn’t texted properly. Ran into a bunch of important features that didn’t work. Customer service is horrible. They have a human chat system that answers quickly but they can’t help you with anything but to answer simple questions. They then forward you to a specfic department and then they will reach out via email. Those take 3 days to reply to each message you have with them

Setting up CloudTalk was quite straightforward, from billing to the whole setup process, everything just works. Compared to other platforms I’ve tried, this is a huge advantage.
The support team is fast and helpful, they don’t leave you waiting for days. Even living in Central Asia, I was able to get everything up and running without issues.
Call quality is solid, even on 4G/LTE, and the platform’s features make it stand out from the rest. Overall, a reliable and easy-to-use solution.

Cloudtalk is a very good company for small business like mine, the price is affordable and it allows me to have many numbers as I want because as small company exporting for other countries is very important to have a variety of numbers to call from giving credibility to the company and it allows me to call everywhere almost without any extra cost that the one as I have on my month bill, also for countries not included on my plan I can top-up credits in the moments and control from my cloudtalk dashboard the credits that I still have. It's very usefull if you need to have a sales team, customer support and HR all connected to the same platform where you can track the performance of each one allowing you to improve their capabilities or allocate them to another area where they'll fit better. Also the customer support via email is very fast so, if you put a question on the same day you have a reply and you don't need to scratch all the website to do it. Beside all the only things where they can improve a little is the onboarding, the setup is easy to do but if you want to go further with AI you have to search a little on how you can do it, also the prices are very good but they have add-ons for numbers and everything that while buying you can't see but you can send an email like me and they'll clarify everything in the same day

They suspended my account for doing test calls between the agents, when the time came for me to go live I could not, the customer support is horrible, they are amazing before you pay and sign up, the second i reached out to Fred he just told me he can not assist and I should raise a ticket please keep in mind i still did not use the service
