Customer service is fast and efficient and the Hubspot integration to send SMS via workflows has been working without issues. I like the dashboard UI and the onboarding checklist.

We signed up for a CloudTalk trial to evaluate it for our 30-agent outbound call center in Germany. Made 4-5 test calls to our own mobile number using a British number that CloudTalk assigned to us. Shortly after, our account was permanently suspended for "fraudulent activity reported by partner carrier".
When we asked for an explanation, we were told the decision is "final and irreversible" and that they "cannot provide further details". No warning, no chance to clarify, nothing.
Meanwhile, their sales team kept emailing us trying to book calls and close a deal, completely unaware that compliance had already killed our account. We replied explaining the situation, asked for a written explanation and said we'd be happy to continue testing once it's resolved. That was over a week ago. Radio silence.
So to sum it up: CloudTalk assigns you a number, suspends you for using it, refuses to tell you why, and then ghosts you when you ask questions. Now imagine this happens when you're actually running your business on their platform with 30 agents. One day everything works, the next day your entire team can't make a single call and nobody will tell you why.
We've since moved on to a self-hosted solution where we actually control our own phone system. Can't recommend CloudTalk to anyone who needs reliability.

I had a good experience with the initial service and other aspects of hiring, the platform seems to be user-friendly and practical to use.
Just one problem that has an impact on us and I believe it is an excellent evolution for the system, is the integration with the CRM only being updated every 24 hours, this seriously interferes with the quick contact of new customers, thus creating a need to look for alternatives outside the platform.

I was promised a phone number setup within 2–3 business days. It has now been 9 days, I have been charged, and I still have zero service to show for it.

Every time I reach out to customer support, responses are slow and unhelpful, no concrete timeline or accountability.
At this point, I'm paying for a service that simply does not exist.
If you're considering this company, be aware that their stated delivery times appear to be meaningless and that getting any real support once they have your money is an uphill battle. Extremely disappointing experience.

CloudTalk helped lower our tech stack spend and increased integration options with Hubspot. Super pleased with the services offered and provided.
