I have now been waiting a week for my cloud slides which I ordered for my hols i did not realise they were being shipped from China I have emailed 5 times now and no reply so I am hoping they do arrive because God knows how I will get my money back otherwise im also hoping they fit as I am not prepared to send them back to China or wherever it is you send them also the tracking is crap

I ordered some sliders from this company believing it was a UK company, given that it has a London address and no where does it state this product will be shipped from China. I would never have brought them otherwise due to environmental impact. What's worse is that if you want to return them you have to return them to the Iowa USA which really defeats the object. The parcel has still not arrived almost two weeks later, I'm not expecting anytime soon, no where on the website did it indicate delivery time other than 'Standard delivery' which when faced with a UK address you would consider to be between 3-5 working days, atleast no more than 10.
They were responsive over email, but just to say they will let their logistics team know that I would like to make a complaint for them not being transparent and even intentionally misleading. However it is clear from the other reviews that this has already been flagged to them and they have not actioned it.
Very disappointed.
What a fraudulent company????
Waited 2 weeks for my order and it is incorrect.
They will not communicate with me at all, and again NO mention that the these ship from China.
AVOID at all costs..
DO NOT ORDER! Says it's a uk website and they mention NOWHERE that it will ship from china! Tolde parcel will reach me 6th of june, tracking shows its still in CHINA! And goodluck trying to reach them or returning a product. IMPOSSIBLE plus you've to pay international shipping to return anyway.
Poor…..thought I was ordering from a uk company… ordered on the 8th July still no product and no response from their 24/7 customer service…. These are being shipped from China…..
