My kids are obsessed
I ordered one for each of my kiddos. They like oversized so I ordered one size up for each. It took a bit to arrive as it ships from overseas so keep this in mind if ordering for a special event or holiday. The colors are great in person and the quality is wonderful. Thick material and my kids love the built in stress balls and that the hood part of the hoodie covers their heads well. The embroidered cloud ☁️ logo on the front is really cute. The bundle came with a sticker and a cute canvas bag that we love as well. I plan to order one for myself now that I’ve seen the quality. Very happy with our purchase.
Delayed but worth it
Although there was a delay and I had no idea when it would arrive, I remained hopeful that it would and in good condition. And it did. I am so so happy with this product and I am never going to take it off 😅. It is so comfortable and I love how perfectly oversized it is. The material is so soft and the fidgets are amazing.
Rip off
Ordered a hoodie, my son didn’t like it, sent it back within the required return timeframe, no refund. After corresponding with company, told to send tracking information and they would review my “case.” I had to pay $10 to access archived tracking info from usps. I emailed that to Cloud9 and now they are ghosting me. I have no hoodie and out $96!
Little expectation- highly surprised
I ordered 2 anxiety sweaters for both my daughters (ages 16 and soon to be 13 in 3 days). I ordered on March 15th and received them yesterday, March 23rd. I was skeptical as I figured it was coming from china (most of the FB items you order do).
After I placed the order I realized my old address was added in for shipping. I emailed customer service with very low expectations that my shipping address would be changed or even if they’d answer me. But to my surprise they did and got the address changed!
My girls LOVE THEM. They put them on right away, even though in Texas it is not cold right now 🤣.
They do run a little oversized but I think that’s the point of them.

I have saved up for 6 weeks to get 4 Hoddies for the of 2 it said£ 51.79 but when I added it two the cart it say£ 200 they are soo cheeky me and my friend was so excited for a cloud 9 hoodie but the website is a cheat a scam never think this is a good deal never use this website

On their website it said delivery will be shipped 3-5 days to Canada lol they lie about it your order will NOT get shipped for over a month then you have to wait for that shipping container to arrive from China to Canada so if you ordered don’t expect your package to arrive within 3-4 months! Having said that messages don’t get returned for days weeks …. My next step Better Business Bureau to informed of what is going on! Please think twice before placing an order $155 for a sweater yes … the things we do for our kids! 🤷♀️🤦♀️
This is a dishonest company
This is a dishonest company. They charge you and ship with an untrustworthy service and when the service refuses delivery CloudNine tells you to reach out to the company delivering, which is a Chinese company that has no way of being reached. They obviously know about these issues and are choosing to steal peoples’ money, and possibly data. Within a week of purchasing this I had fraudulent transactions on my credit card from another country.
Though some people actually do receive their product, I think it’s luck of the draw and just a way for a sham business to stay in operation.
Please dont waste your time
I placed an order for a hoodie in the New Year and was informed that it had been dispatched. Several weeks later, the tracking information continued to indicate that the item remained in China. I contacted Cloud 9, who stated that the hoodie had arrived in the United Kingdom and was with Yodel. However, upon contacting Yodel, I was advised that they had no record of the parcel.
Each time I contacted Cloud 9, I was provided with a different explanation, albeit communicated politely. When I requested a refund, Cloud 9 informed me that, because I had not purchased shipping insurance, they were unable to offer any reimbursement. As a result, I raised the matter with my credit card provider and am now awaiting the outcome of their investigation to determine whether a refund can be issued.
Have I been scammed?
I ordered a hoodie for my great niece and it arrived within a reasonable time frame. Admittedly, I was a bit disappointed that they claim to be a Canadian company, yet the product is manufactured and shipped from China.
The biggest problem I have with my order, is that my receipt clearly stated a charge of $105.99, yet my credit card was charged $144.90. I've tried reaching out to them for resolution, but they won't return my emails.
From what I've seen in most of the other reviews here, most purchases were like mine and made for children with ADHD, Autism, Anxiety or other conditions. The operator of this business has got to be pretty low to exploit people by not delivering orders or charging extra amounts to credit cards.
No customer service all AI
Bought this hoodie for my son for christmas. Post office claims they tried to deliver it and sent it back have been fighting thru email because no customer service reps are human because their tracking isnt up tondate still says its in transit since Jan 15th its now Feb 21st and still nothing and they wont refund my money until they receive it back but cant tell me anything then an AI response to track my package.
Fast shipping & great quality hoodies!
I was a bit worried because I had read some negative reviews about shipping times. However, I am so glad I gave Cloud Nine Hoodies a chance. The shipping was fast, and I fell in love with my hoodie the second I pulled it out of the bag. The fabric feels high quality, soft and fleecy. I love the stress balls and the hoodie is perfectly oversized. The grey/off-white color is beautiful. I love that they are a Canadian company. I am definitely ordering more hoodies for my kids now. If you are on the fence, give it a shot. You will not be disappointed.
Clothing is not weighted - expensive for cheap material
Clothing is not weighted. Paid $100 for a hoodie that I thought would be weighted and it’s not. Reached out to customer service and the said I could ship it back. Chose not to bc it was the only gift my daughter requested for her birthday and I asked if I could write a review. No follow up from them and there is not area to submit a review on their website. I have emailed several times with no response.

Absolute scam
My order was delivered on a Saturday night, courier chucked the package from the walkway and didn’t ring the doorbell. Subsequently it was stolen because I didn’t know it was there. Cloudnine said I had to contact the courier. The courier said I had to contact cloud nine. Basically they got $250 and I got nothing. Buyer beware this company is a scam

Ordered a kids hoodie based on Cloud Nine’s size guide, but the item received was 2 inches smaller than advertised. Customer support initially replied, then stopped responding entirely once evidence was provided. Refused to cover return shipping for a clearly misdescribed item. Very disappointing customer service and frustrating experience.
The worst customer service
My son received a cloud nine hoodie for Christmas and it’s too big for him. I would have just kept for next year had I known how terrible their customer service would be. I followed all directions to exchange and then. Realized 3 weeks later that I never received the exchange. After reaching out, they asked if I had the tracking. Thank goodness I did because if I hadn’t, I think they would say they never received the package and could not help me. They received the return on January 6. It is now February 5, and they finally shipped out the exchange. Who knows how long the shipping will take. I would not recommend the company if you need customer service. The product is great, but a terrible company with poor business practices and I potentially stealing from people with the return process.

One star but only because I have to click it and can’t give nothing. Order hasn’t arrived after 6 weeks. Emailed for refund but no response.

They have the worst customer service. I received three sweatshirts for my granddaughter and found out she can only wear black to her school. So I returned the two sweatshirts that were not the right color. They had tags intact and were not worn. I contacted Cloud Nine and they sent me something saying I would need to return them myself( no return label) and pay for the return. I never had this happen with other companies but since I wanted to get credited for my return, I sent it thru USPS and had a tracking number . I found out that they received it on Jan 14th and have not heard anything from them since . I have E mailed them and have gotten no response. I have called my credit card company to dispute this transaction. I will never and repeat never order anything from them again.That is my story and I am sticking to it.
