This service allowed me to decommission my Domain Exchange Server and re-use it for better things.- as my new workstation - I didn't have to build another computer.- a MASSIVE saving in and of itself. I can now get my e-mails on my Samsung Galaxy phone - which I could never do before. My costs have shrunk to relatively zero. Like I said - I've been looking for this service for years, and now I'v got it up and running (which was an absolute Doddle!) I am actively recommending it to my customers. This beats anything our local ISP can offer and at a fraction of their price too!.

Looking for an easy to configure, robust hosted exchange offering, then look no further than messagestream. Really easy to set up and configure, with decent documentation if you need it and excellent technical support that treats you like a real person. Clients now demand more and more from their email service and messagestream often exceeds their demands. I'd thoroughly recommend the service.
Excellent response times from my account manager every time!
In these annoying days of red tape when you need an answer ASAP to keep things going instead of logging calls & waiting for an email etc, most of the time you only need to have a quick direct chat with someone and the issue/s are resolved.
I have always found MessageStream very quick to respond and Stephen always gets back to me.
Its a shame more companies don't work this way.

Absolutely Brilliant !
We have been looking for an alternative to in house Kerio/Exchange servers and also Google Apps for some time. Office 365 didn't fit the bill as many clients are using Terminal Services and the licensing is a nightmare which left us with finding a hosted Exchange option.
I found Messagestream on Google gave them a call and within the hour we were set-up and I was adding the first mail boxes. I had a couple of queries, which were handled immediately all in all the most painless reseller set-up I've ever done, would thoroughly recommend them.
Hosted Exchange with Messagestream is a Dream
A dream to use that is, since being introduced to Messagestream we are very happy with the operation of the platform, the support levels received and the total lack of any issues. The standard filtering provided with all hosted exchange accounts is fantastic.
Communication provided regarding new and upcoming products has been second to none.

Early days for us, but looking good!
So, I've given 4 stars, only because I have not been here long enough to award five.
I have used this service for only a few months, and just completed our third migration. It just works!
Support team are prompt to respond, with a qualified, decent response. A phone number would be nice, but the ticketing system does the job.
The system is simple to work with, and we have been able to allow very basic level administrators complete most of the works.
I have high hopes for our continued relationship.

I remember the first call I made into Giacom many months ago when I decided to explore cloud based mail services. The first impressions Stephen gave me were excellent and up until we made the move his approach remained consultative, not pressured and answered every question I had. I was thinking this is too good to be true, its got to be more difficult that this.
It took me over 8 months to decide to migrate our Exchange services to the cloud from our dying SBS 2003 server. Why so long? All the usual concerns really. Nervous on the migration, was it going to be as easy as Stephen said it would be?, what if I lose my email?
As it turns out I migrated over 30 mailboxes, upgraded 8 Outlooks editions and all supported by their team of Pre & Post sales teams it went seamlessly. Not bad considering my knowledge base. I did the migrations over a weekend and spent the Friday preparing new Outlook profiles for the switch over.
I only issue we had was with the Global Address Book not downloading. That was solved by a quick call into the Damien in the Giacom Support Team who regenerated the address book and within 24hrs we were firing on all cylinders......BINGO!
All I need to do now is migrate the other part of our business. So............if you want a hosted service provider put Giacom at the top of your list, you won't be disappointed.
