Not recommended

We procured a significant number of migration licenses from the supplier and engaged its consultants to deploy and configure the migration environment. The solution did not perform as expected.
Subsequently, our migration portal and all associated configurations, bindings, and implementation work disappeared; the portal presented as empty with no data.
We have requested cancellation of the unused licenses and a refund of the associated fees. This matter remains pending with the supplier.
Based on our experience to date, we are unable to recommend entering into commercial arrangements with this supplier at this time.
