Cheap quality juices
Often fast shipping, good customer support, often ship samples of other juices with the same nicotine level and pg/vg ratio. Favorite EU retailer when it comes to juices. Hardware side could use improvements

Terrible
Got screwed over on an order. Wasted 20 euro on it to have them tell me on the order form when i received my liquid that they no longer do my strength instead of emailing me before they sent my order. Emailed them about it months ago and never heard back from them. Now they have the cheek to ask for a review. Before this i had no problems with them.

Hello! The maximum nicotine level allowed by law is lower than what you requested. The site states that 18mg is the maximum that we are allowed to produce, and 18mg is the highest option available on the dropdown for our juice. We make it clear that we cannot honor requests for higher than 18mg/ml, and that orders for higher nicotine levels will be made at the max that the law allows.
I'm so sorry you are unhappy with the service and I would like to do what I can to make it up to you. I can't send you 24mg/ml juice, but I am open to any ideas you might have. I will be in touch via email in just a moment.
