Great room rental experience, Louise was our point of contact she was really helpful and professional from the point of enquiry to the end of tenancy and deposit return.

As a tenant, I had a decent room. Prompt reply to queries and fixes when needed. My property manager was Louise, who was very supportive and responsive.
Promptly processed full deposit return after moving out.
Only feedback is could get landlords to provide more basic facilities in the room like bins, toilet brush and cutlery in kitchen for shared house but I don't think this is on Cloud. Overall very satisfied with the service.

Worst Letting Experience
As an international student, I relied on the photos and online viewing provided, where the property was presented as high-spec. What I moved into was completely different and in a very poor condition.
From the start, the property had ongoing and unacceptable issues:
- Heating not working for a long period
- No hot water completely at the start, then at times.
- Broken toilet and repeated plumbing failures
- Kitchen flooding on multiple occasions
- No basic setup such as a proper place to eat
- Poor cleanliness and lack of upkeep throughout
These are not minor problems they made the property difficult to live in on a daily basis. Despite repeated issues, response times were slow and problems often took far too long to be resolved.
On top of this, there was a lack of transparency around tenancy terms. The automatic renewal into another fixed period was not clearly communicated, which caused significant financial pressure and made it difficult to leave when planned.
This experience has been extremely stressful, especially during an important academic period. It is not what was advertised, and not what a tenant should reasonably expect.
If you are considering renting through this agency, don’t do it.
I am currently exploring raising these concerns with the local council.
I would not recommend this agency based on my experience.

A Renters Hell Cloud homes
I have been renting for a few years now and what you think would be standard professional practice does not apply to this company.
The phones lines are barely picked up and information is not consistently communicated with all team such as when deposits are returned as I was told by the end of the week and over the phone was then told two weeks.
The representative I spoke with was incredibly unprofessional and dismissive after I had said I wasn’t interested with the room due to how unclean the property was and sent over photos of the front porch littered with rubbish and all sorts.
Following this I made a complaint about this and the customer service team informed her which prompted her to confront me about my experience with her which is insane.
The worst part about this whole situation was the holding deposit I paid to secure took far too long to be returned. I had asked for a simple email confirmation of this but the representative I was in contact with did not provide one and the team I spoke with over email could not get a response from whoever was managing the finances. I spent over two weeks trying to get some form confirmation for the holding deposit until they randomly sent it back with no confirmation email. Be very wary as they don’t use a deposit protection scheme.

If you want to have a stressful life, pursue buying this.
I am a landlord in one flat in Haria House in Bradford and its been one year now and hasn't earn anything from the flat that I purchased. All of their expenses liquidated to £0. Plus, I am paying a ground rent which is more than £500 GBP annually.
I am regretting why did I make this investment, very bad choice.

Louise, who manages the property, was always responsive to any questions or concerns and acted quickly whenever something was needed, which I really appreciated. In general, the flatmates I lived with were good and the atmosphere in the house was pleasant. Overall, I am very happy with the service and my time there.

Everything went wrong from the beginning. I had to move out of the accommodation in the end. It was depressing. A few of the staff were nice but the others acted like they were not human at all. I am still waiting for my deposit to be paid back to me. From the other reviews, it looks like this is a common problem with this company.

The place has been lovely and truly felt like home. It was the perfect spot to settle in after relocating to the UK — calm, comfortable, and welcoming. The agents have also been great — always attentive and quick to help whenever needed. Really grateful for the experience!
A two year of bliss in shared accommodation
On my first encounter with my agent, Louise Caira; I was desperate to find a house when I bumped onto her advert on gumtree. I explained my desperation and she was very understanding and compassionate. She went over and beyond to ensure that I got into the house quickly !! She has been very responsive to any arising issues in the house shared by 5 of us and genuinely would find ways to resolve grievances or problems with equipment. I would have wanted to move to the next house with Cloud Homes but they had no rooms in the area I was interested in. I would no doubt recommend them to find you a good home.

Very good service, fairly priced room
I used Cloud Homes in the Wiltshire area to rent a room for ~9 months. During this time I was mostly dealing with Louise Caira who has been very helpful. While issues with the property arose somewhat frequently, Louise was always communicative and efficient in getting them dealt with. My tenancy was administratively smooth from start to finish dealing with her even with me being a little difficult.

Huge care taken in a very speedy move in process. Easy to contact and the room is lovely. The rent I pay is fair and competitive with the market. Firstly they collect religiously rentals from Students and in the past year the payments have been erratic January 2024 they paid out £400 for 3 months April 2024 £1000 July £400 .October £200 & January 2005 £56same rental each month paid by student.
They claim to have no telephone number & don’t respond to emails
Who regulates this company.They are ripping off landlords

Avoid CloudRooms: A Gross, disappointing and unhygienic experience
I had an extremely unpleasant experience with CloudRooms and strongly advise others to avoid their services. During my stay, the living conditions were consistently unhygienic and poorly maintained. There were persistent plumbing issues, with blockages in the bathroom drains filled with hair and debris, creating unbearable odors. The kitchen was always dirty and filled with a suffocating, oily smell that made cooking impossible, and there was no effort to enforce basic cleanliness among tenants. Despite multiple complaints, the agency's response was inadequate, providing only temporary fixes that failed to address the root cause of these issues. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was unreliable for over a month, despite being a promised amenity. Overall, CloudRooms failed to deliver a livable environment or fulfill their commitments, which negatively impacted my health and well-being. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for accommodation.
