Funds frozen on account.
There is more funds on account than minimum for withdrawal. However, it give mistake message "not enough funds" when its more than enough.It happened on multiple occasions. Customer service doesn't help.
P.S. There are "BeMine withdrawal issues" on reddit with screenshots.

The issue isn’t with frozen funds but with how withdrawals work on BeMine. Only mined balances can be withdrawn, as clearly stated in our Terms of Use. Deposited funds are intended for equipment purchases, not for direct withdrawal.
We also checked the Reddit screenshot you mentioned — the situation there is identical: the user had no mined balance and hadn’t met the minimum threshold (0.005 BTC, or 0.0025 BTC with 2000+ PAWĀ tokens).
Our support team already explained this on October 18th and suggested the correct next step — purchasing mining equipment to start generating withdrawable BTC.
We understand that crypto mining can be confusing at first, but BeMine isn’t a wallet — it’s a mining service where earnings come from active hashrate, not deposits.
We hope this clears things up and helps you get started properly.

An absolutely fraudulent company. You will not see any profit or get your money back. Everything will seem fine at first, but then the equipment will break down and they will ask for money to repair it. You will also not be able to withdraw your earned money - you need more than 0.05 BTC and there will be an exorbitant percentage. They will offer you to pay extra for new equipment, keeping you on the hook and preventing you from earning enough to withdraw your money and leave.

BeMine isn’t a wallet or exchange — it’s a cloud mining service. Purchased contracts and ASIC shares generate real mined cryptocurrency, which becomes withdrawable once it exceeds the minimum threshold (0.005 BTC, or 0.0025 BTC with 2000 PAWĀ). Withdrawals are processed directly from users’ balances, with transparent fees linked to network transaction costs.
When network difficulty increases, older models like the Antminer K7 may become unprofitable to run — meaning they’d mine at a loss after covering electricity costs. In such cases, our system automatically pauses mining to prevent negative balances. This is a standard safety measure, not a “lock.”
Repairing or reactivating older units often isn’t economically viable, which is why our support may offer an exchange or upgrade to newer hardware instead. These options are voluntary, designed to help users stay profitable rather than continue operating outdated models.
We understand that mining economics can be complex, and we regret if this was unclear from the start. Your feedback highlights the need to make these mechanisms even clearer in the interface and contract details — and we’re already working on that.

Transparency in what all you should expect to receive in the process and better explanation for the different rules that need to be met for withdrawal of anything you mine and they are not for the casual investor to be involved with. Minimum of 3,500 DOGE to even get a withdrawal from plans only generating max of 10/day is going to be years in the waiting to see anything back from the investment, as in like the next decade unless you purchase an unsellable crypto token that you need 2,000 of and you can only get quantity of 1800 or 5,000 and are stuck with the tokens for the foreseeable future as no way to sell/trade for anything of value to recoup the costs of a piece of a miner that is way more than just getting a miner you own. I only know that because I made a mistake with thinking it was possible to get back what I have deposited into my wallet if I ever needed it. It was an almost 700$ for 40% of an S19 mistake that has only been generating the sum of .75 cents per day and will be stuck in the wallet forever unless I don't spend more money on upgrading it or another extra super premium warranty for something more warranty than mining option when you think about it. When you have been given an emergency medical procedure and need every dime of funds to get the medicine to not die, this isn't a company that will help in any way that you are in need of during your emergency, they just have nothing but excuses to sell you more warranty for the same as the first two warranty you already have paid for and still not awarded anything of any value months into the year that won't pay for itself or the suggested upgrade that comes before the end of the contract anyway. All told there is nothing you will find in your own
