DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I placed an order with this company on 4/29/2020. I am STILL waiting for my package. I have tracked my order with their shipping company, International Bridge, as well as Fed Ex. I keep getting the run around. Never again. Poor service. Just another way to rip people off and steal their money.

I ordered sandals. Like everyone else, ordered and waited and waited. They finally came. They looked nothing like the picture. They gave me the run around for a refund. Said I needed to send a picture. I did send pictures of the sandals and all of the paperwork. No refund and no response. This is a typical Chinese rip-off! Don't buy.

Not even a one star I have been waiting for my shoes since April and still have gotten the shoes or an email response. When I checked the order it still says is being delivered. This is one of the reason am afraid to order thingS on line when they show up adds. It sucks because other companies that don’t give these much problems I won’t buy! Very unhappy with this company.

If I could write my experience with a negative I would. I ordered shoes at the end of April with their ad stating a 24 hour shipping process, When I hadn't gotten them by mid May I sent an email, their reply " due to COVID-19 please give them a little more time" I said it wasn't a problem. I got an email May 25th, you package will be delivered May 28th @ 8pm. The emails have been going back and fourth. I have asked and now demanded my money back. Nothing and still no shoes. I have all the emails to prove everything I have stated.

My order came out of Hong Kong was under the impression it was coming out of USA it was shipped 3rd class so the USPS disposed my package(NO forwarding) waiting for a reply to see if your going to send me a new pair of shoes or my money back

If I could I would give negative 10 ordered my pair of sandles on April 20th and it is now June 18th and still nothing I emailed them and got a recorded email back and I can’t get on there site saying unavailable I’m going to call my bank and cancel and try to get my money back

scammers, they are now shut down , im lucky my credit card co. pulled my money back before they ran.... yeahhhh

I ordered shoes on April 28 the money came out of my account and I was emailed the order was shipped. Nothing so far and I’m unable to track it and the site is shut down. Don’t order from there if it opens back up!!!!!

I ordered my shoes on Apeil 24th. Still no shoes. The website they send you to for tracking says they are working on my order, try again later. No the website is down. At least most of you got shoes.. . I have nothing....

Kept seeing their shoes come up on my Facebook page and was finally tempted to order 3 pairs. Ordered on 27th April and after waiting several weeks chased the order. I was given a tracking number which didn't seem to work so asked them to check. Email said it had arrived but not been picked up so check with Royal Mail.
I then found a company that tracks any parcel - 17TRACK
and it said it hadn't even left China! So another email - this time they said due to Covid-19 it was taking longer than usual, please wait. Apparently the timescale is 6-20 business days. Well finally after 40 business days the shoes have finally arrived. Not only are they cheaper looking than I hoped but are a size 38 and I'm sure I'd ordered a 39.
I wanted to check my order but now the website says "the shop is currently unavailable" - probably due to all the complaints.
So my advice would be to avoid.

If I could give them a zero I would and mine is the same as the others! I ordered and the same bogus tracking number! Got taken for a ride and shame on me I guess! But calling my bank to try to get my money back!! Cross my fingers!! So irritated right now!!

I ordered 2 pairs of of Mary Jane shoes based on the pictures on Facebook. I received a confirmation and tracking number fairly quick. The email gave me a tracking number that appeared to be bogus. No carrier recognized it. I just received my shoes yesterday after waiting 8 weeks. It came from China through Clothesoul and was the cheapest quality I have seen in a long time.
I will never buy off this site again. Clothesoul is on a long list of scams where you are enticed with stolen photos of the real thing.

I ordered a pair of sandals on March 30th. It's almost May 30th and I have received nothing. They were very quick to take my money but it doesn't seem like they're going to deliver anything.

ordered 4/13. nothing delivered. tracking number doesn't work. was told my shoes were at the post office...I live between 3. Haven't told me where they are or why they weren't delivered to my house. have requested refund. still waiting. very disappointed

I ordered a pair of sandals which took ages to come, they were way too big and the quality was rubbish iv enailed them a few times saying i want to reurn them ive sent photos but im im ßtuck with them

I ordered a pair of shoes from this company online from Facebook. It’s been over three weeks. They told me a week and a half ago that my order was shipped still have not received it. I’m wondering if this is a bogus company. I emailed them and they said they could not get back to me because of so many emails they were answering. Doesn’t sound good
