I had an issue with my order and once I sent out the email, I got a quick response and a resolve to my issue. The products I received from my order are beautiful and the pictures do not do it justice. I am very happy with my experience!

Before I registered an account, I wrote customer service and Hamdi replied quickly. They were able to assist me with my concern and I am satisfied with the outcome.

I love mindful souls! They are so incredibly concern with their customers. They go above, and beyond to support their customers. Their Divine box is amazingly put together with the finest crystals. Beautiful stones and crystals. Mindful souls ate truly the BEST. I wouldn't think about going anywhere else.

I can't remember the last time I had an issue and didn't deal with the robot. Everything these days is done through AI or automated services they don't even give you an option to speak to a human and if I do I can't understand them so it was such a wonderful change to have dealt with the staff at mindful souls on a real one-on-one personal level. These folks go over and beyond and really listen to the issues problems or concerns or if you just need help to understand how they work. And this is just their customer support which matches the quality of products that I have received. I have been a mindful souls subscription box member for a couple months now and I am just in love high quality real authentic products amazing customer service great packaging their stuff comes on time it's not damaged I even reuse their boxes and they're tiny little satch bags. They actually care and it shows and their customer service and in their product I have checked out several different Crystal membership monthly deals and these guys are the only ones I would give my money to. I highly highly recommend them for beginners or for a long time collectors. I look forward to continuing my business thank you again for being so sincere on a personal level it makes all the difference.

I ordered and received a GORGEOUS leather handbag! The stenciling is beautiful and the bag is very well made. As described, my bag was roomy inside with pockets for phone, etc. AND a big, zippered pocket...perfect! The team at Closet Rituals was prompt and courteous...a real pleasure to deal with! I will be ordering from Closet Rituals again and would highly recommend this company and their beautiful products!

Received my purse March 28,2022. It is absolutely beautiful ..The right size,soft,and really looks nice on my shoulder.

I ordered this purse for the size. I love it. I ordered the navy Amelie. Perfect size, not to big not to small. And the color was great. I ordered another in black. My order came quickly and I am very pleased. I’ll be ordering again.

I'm very pleased with the purse I purchased. It is a nice soft leather and I love that it came with 2 different straps of different lengths. Will purchase from them again.

Ordered a tomato red colored handbag from Closet Rituals and saw the proper photo of the color. Received,instead,a very dark wine colored handbag I cannot use. Let them know. Want refund if that bag is not available.

My first order was 2 retro rose bags. One for me, another for mom. I loved the quality, they look much better in person and I received many compliments.
Then I couldn't resist ordering 2 ballen messenger bags in different colors (mom preferred black, I love purple) and also 2 wallets.
I don't understand the bad reviews I saw... My orders came quick, the quality is fantastic and I'm sure I'll order again in the future

I tried to contact this outfit to return a purse to get a return label and after calling for the past week aleast 50 calls and emailing them still no respond. I will never do business with this company again. They are a fraud and beware if you are their next victim .

I have only had my purse for a few months and the zipper has already broken. Expensive purse to only last a few months. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Update: company has already reached out to help resolve my issue. Surprised and happy for such a fast response. I’ll update again when everything is complete!! 😊I’m a happy girl today!!

I returned two purses using the USPS label I received via email from someone named Eden (support @ closetrituals . com email address). The tracking shows the purses were delivered to Closet Rituals on April 14th. I still have not received any confirmation email or refund. I paid $90.67 total.
