Do not buy from this company. I had the same experience as some other customers who reviewed here.
Package arrived 33 days from purchase (outside the window of their return policy). Item (sweatshirt, sweatpants) were falsely advertised as Cashmere and it was of very poor quality.

Don't buy from here! it took them 4 weeks to deliver, sizes are way off (Adult size S is more like Child M (8-10 y.o.)! Refunds are 30 days, but you don't receive the product for about 30 days.

Don't buy from here. Chinese rubbish, sizes are completely out. Size small is for children not adults. Refuse to answer emails and refund policy basically covers them from all angles to simply not have to give you a refund. Don't buy from here.

Never again. Took 5 weeks to receive my order. Size S pants might fit an 8 year old and the L might fit someone that weighs 100 lbs. Ridiculous company. Please don’t waste your time or money on these clowns.

If you work hard for your money and value it don't waste it on the ripoff company. Poor quality, overpriced and sizes run three times smaller. Never get anything but a robo email response when inquiring about an order. Wasted 60.00 NEVER AGAIN.!!!!!

These people are a scam. They advertised the items as cashmere but sell cheap synthetics. I have a screenshot copy of the order, and the email confirming it, and they both state "cashmere". When the order finally arrived, the package was torn, and it had the wrong items. They sent me three sweatshirts ("sweaters") instead of the sweater and pants I ordered. They were NOT cashmere, just polyester and/or acrylic. There was not a content label or any other label to be found in any of them, just a tiny simple tag with a letter for the size. When I emailed them about the error on my order, they said they would get back to me in a week. After checking for labels, I emailed my concern about the material content, first they said they would get back to me the next week, and then they offered me a 30% refund. I offered to return them since they were a) the wrong items, and b) not made from the material I was l led to believe they were. They said they do not take returns on "sale" items, per their policy on the website. I turned the matter over to my credit card company for fraud, selling synthetic clothing as cashmere. The credit card company cancelled the sale and credited my account. I see the "sweaters" and pants have disappeared from their site. I'd bet these people will probably pop up under another name with their counterfeit goods.

Terrible on all counts. Took six weeks to receive the sweatshirts. Packing was ripped and retapped at some point and only two of three sweatshirts were in the bag.
The items were wet!!! Within the plastic packaging.
Ordered large, using their size guidelines... these were for gifts. They are narrow! Not large at all.
Buyer beware.
I’m hoping through BBB and PayPal that I’ll have some resolution.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! items are VERY small. My friend ordered the cashmere pants...not cashmere , but a cheap quality.
She weights 105 lbs..size 0. Ordered a medium do to remarks about their products running small. They wouldnt go over her thighs!! They fit her 5 year ol neice!

I paid for expedited shipping and its been over a month!
I have reached out Multiple times and have been told each time to be patient.period. Thats it.

Customer service SUCKS!

I have done business with other companies from China and this one makes them look like rock stars!!

It took over a month to receive my "cashmere" sweatpants. They are not cashmere and the quality is extremely low...the drawstring was frayed and falling apart. I ordered a XXL and I usually wear between an L and XL. I couldn't get these on past my thighs, I would guess they are S or XS.

My bad for not reading the refund policy. I had to apply within 30 days but I got them after 30 days. And I'd have to pay for shipping all the way back to China, as if I'm dumb enough to spend even more money on a scam company.

Took weeks to actually get the clothing that was ordered and the really run a size too small! I wear a medium at best should have ordered a large. When complained to some one about shipping times, that were almost a month in waiting, nothing was done.

High quality products for a very good price. Love this store I have been a customer for 8 months now! Great customer service reps as well.

Love this company I bought from them multiple times. Love their cashmere! Very soft and skin friendly. :)

Advertised to me on Facebook. They claim to be selling cashmere clothing. In a small subsection, they mention it is actually a “man-made” textile. Presumably plastic, though this is unspecified. It is definitely NOT cashmere. Many of their customers seem to have bought clothing from them believing it to be cashmere. They are scammers.
