On the day of the installation I was impressed by how great Lester work was. I was very happy with his job. It was super clean and esthetic. He also was friendly and professional. I highly recommend Closet Factory.

I love my new closet, plain and simple! It's beautifully constructed and the design process was fun and easy. There were a few shelves missing during installation, but they were brought out within days and installed per the design plan. I've had a custom closet in a previous home which was really nice, but my Closet Factory closet is more elegant for essentially the same price.

I gave the highest rating by recommending Closet Factory to my neighbor. She was so pleased with the results as was I. You are prompt with the install, clean with the job and communicated well.

Closet factory built a desk for us with overhead cabinets and a built in light. It was delivered on time and as expected. They worked on the weekend to complete the project which was very much appreciated!

The service with all of the people at Closet Factory was wonderful. Our consultant was great with assisting in design choices for our odd shaped closets. The installers were clean, efficient and polite, went through everything thoroughly. Highly recommend Closet Factory!

My closets are amazing. Exactly what I wanted. Pricing was ok, I was quoted much less from Closet by Design, but saw red flags in their process and took a chance with Closet Factory.

My main complaint is the communication. After I decided to move forward, the process started breaking down. Applying for financing seemed sketchy, I was sent a random piece of paper with a number to call. I gave personal information via phone to apply. I'm curious why, in 2021, there's no secure online process for financing like there is with every other company.

After my approval, I had to reach out to understand what happened next. I heard absolutely nothing from closet factory for months until I reached out a week or 2 before my install to confirm the timing. Install was smooth enough, they finished early even. I was told my designer would stop by during the install but she did not.

When I went to confirm payment via financing, he seemed to have no idea what to do with that.

After completion, I waited for weeks to see the financing go through. Finally about a month after install I reached out to remind closet factory to I initiate the payment. I have never had to do that for a company, especially one I'm paying thousands of dollars to.

But overall, I love my cabinets. But please work on communication with the client after we sign on the dotted line.

Installer was right on time. Friendly and answered all our questions. Final product was better than we expected. Thoroughly cleaned up and we are very pleased with our new closet.

Beyond happy with my beautiful closet! Closet factory is the best. They’re customer service is outstanding and I couldn’t recommend more.

Overall the installation was great the issue came the next day when the screw covers (stickers) started falling off I called my salesperson a couple weeks went by with no response so I called the store the answer was to send me a whole sheet of stickers instead of coming out and fixing the problem very disappointed in the customer service

Excellent company. Highly recommend, from salesperson Jillian to installers. Installation was quick and very clean.

Had a murphy bed with bookshelves installed. Working with my designer, Amy, was a collaborative, easy process. she answered my questions in a timely manner and offered various options to consider. No surprises with the timeline of installation, and the installation process was perfect. No mess left behind and the final product is exactly what I had hoped for.

Great design, good product and timely service.

Steve came out for our "consult". Disappointed! When he showed up he acted like we weren't important. He told my husband he is "very busy and has a lot of other customers", wouldn't make any suggestions or show any design ideas. When my husband asked if he had anything he could show us, Steve stated "I have thousands of ideas I could show you" but wouldn't show any of these to my husband. When he asked what we were looking to spend, he acted like we were a waste of his time. We were hoping he would give us some ideas for the space and offer suggestions of what would work for built in shelving for an office space. Total waste of time. We will take our business elsewhere.

I am very happy with the finished product and the installation team. A couple of small glitches were encountered during the installation related to original measurements and instructions but the team made it right and I am very happy with the result.
