Horrible, horrible. Horrible they are allowing Jose Antonio Galeana to work there under a fake green card. He’s on heavy, heavy, heavy drugs. God for bid he was to hurt somebody. This place is going down. They were already warned. Definitely gonna go in and make a police report because if he hurt somebody they are liable.

Whenever I open my wardrobe closet, I get goosebumps.....the workmanship is amazing and the design really works to maximize the very small space. I got all my clothes, shoes, purses & belts in and it looks amazing. Terry (designer) also did our laundry room and Trevor (installer) finished both jobs in just 3 hours with excellent clean-up. Love my new closets!

I went to closet factory yesterday regarding an issue with my closet and I had an opportunity to speak with Chris Wan and Bruno.
The did an amazing job, they have managed all the details and recreate a stylish design which I think is enjoyable. They also have strong problem solving,skills and the ability to apply style and give you suggestions that meet their clients needs.

This was the third time we hired Closet Factory to design and install shelves. The first two times were very good and this third time was the best yet. Our designer, Melissa, was outstanding. She is friendly, responsive, listens well to what we say we want, and has excellent suggestions of her own that made the final product better than it would have been. We had work done in several rooms--entertainment, laundry, workshop and pantry, to name a few--and we are extremely pleased with the finished product. The installers were also great: prompt, efficient and friendly. The entire experience from planning through installation has been first rate.

Everything was done perfectly and people that installed very polite

Took a year to have the closet finalized due to them being so busy, was originally told 6 months. Closet was installed with improper measurement cuts causing visual bowing of the base plates. No care taken to hide corner L brackets or lower base flush mount connecting mounts. The brackets could have been placed on the bottom vs the top to make them invisible. Poor design and craftsmanship.

Company came out to review which took over 3 months after consistent phone calls with the salesman and office. Issues were somewhat resolved only to find out that the island drawer cabinet was not designed to accommodate 2 jewelry box drawers.

What was presented in the showroom by the salesman is not what was delivered/installed. Very inferior product and craftsmanship for what was paid. I have other custom closets from other closet company's that are a higher quality at a lower price.

We worked with Maria to design our space. But the beauty is only realized in the installation ! Our installer , Andy was professional and perfect . His attention to detail and the extra steps he took to make sure all our seams were precisely chalked was exceptional .. was worth the every penny . Thank you

Amazing! Truly professional from the design consultation to the installation. Zackary did a great job installing he is wonderful, he came on time everyday and when he left he left the house clean and organized in the areas of installation. He and his team exceeded our expectations. We are so in love!

This review pertains to our recent excellent experience with the Closet Factory franchise in Jacksonville, FL. We live in a new manufactured home which has some unique structural features making wall-affixed closet components very risky. The designer who visited us, Terry Pasko, was the only representative from 3 competitive companies who understood these unique features, and she developed a spot-on proposal in accord with our budget within a day. We visited the office when going to pay our deposit, and were personally greeted by the owners, (the Flores') and had a great conversation with them, getting a good understanding of the business. Lead time was less than a month, and the two installers ( Jimmy and James) were outstanding: on time, diligent, friendly, and they cleaned up perfectly. We are extremely impressed and will make sure we show the closets to others in our community.

We can not emphasize more how superb our experience working with Rebecca Connelly and her team was. We live in a 1100 square foot home, and we are antique collectors and cooks-we need a lot of storage. Rebecca came in and heard our ideas for improving our space, and then made her suggestions. Her ideas had never occurred to us, and they were fantastic. She came to our house several times during the planning stages, and then brought in someone else to make sure the measurements were correct. The attention to detail was meticulous. The installers worked for two days while we were at work, and cleaned up after themselves each day. There was a mixup about the counter tops which they remedied immediately. It has been three months since our installation and we are still commenting to one another how nice the changes are. We loved working with Rebecca and we highly recommend The Closet Factory.

Jacqueline designed a beautiful master closet for me. She really listened to my needs and spent a lot of time with me making sure it was perfect. The installers were very friendly and did a great job. I would definitely use them again on other projects.

DO NOT USE this company, at least the Longwood Timocuan Way location. We needed an entertainment center done to help hide our subs and to help things look nice and clean. We got a hold of Closet Factory and had the consultant come out and build/design something for us using the software to give us an idea, which was GREAT. We just had it installed a few days ago and the entertainment center is not even centered on the wall or centered with the TV. We unfortunately did not notice it until the next day, so we called the office, and they told us to bad. After Julio installed said "if there are any issues, please let us know". They wanted to charge us more to have them come out and complete the actual job that should have been done right in the first place. They are the installers; they should know what is centered and not centered. So now this entertainment center is sitting 8 inches off from what it's supposed to be. Not only that, but we also have this BIG seam right down the middle that looks tacky. I will attach the pictures, so you can see from the little pop out from the top, the cabinet is not even straight with that nor the TV like they said it was. They charged our card for the rest of it so fast that we didn't even have a chance to approve the final withdrawal, SKETCHY. Plus, they didn't really leave the build cleaned up all that well. We had to wipe everything down. The more we keep looking at it, the more we are finding wrong half ass craftmanship on an expensive furniture. The top of the counter is even crooked, the left side sticks out over the drawers, and as you go down the top to the right side, the countertop is flush with the drawers. Also, they did not reinforce where the subs and center channel will be as we were advised it would be, because the speakers and subs are heavy.

The wall bed installation went really well and we are happy with the unit. It is just what we expected, it looks great and the quality is very good. However, the installers left a couple of small marks on the unit - one small hole and a scratch - that need to be touched up with paint. We have been trying for a month to get a small container of touchup paint with no success. A slew of emails and several phone calls, and we still have nothing. The follow-up customer service is extremely poor. This should not be so difficult.

UPDATE: Closet Factory is sending a technician to our home after a call from my husband (he used his bad voice) and they will actually replace the panels containing the small damaged areas. I am glad that we are getting good customer service after all. Thank you.

Meryl was the absolute best in getting me what I wanted and the installation was so easy. Everything went super well and the results were amazing

The entire team was excellent. The designer listened to our needs, gave us several options and worked to accommodate us. The installer was also excellent, very professional, pleasant and did a great job. All phone calls and messages were returned promptly Project turned out great! Hope to use them again.

Sandra, our consultant, and Al and Laurie owners, worked very closely with us to provide a customized wall bed installation. They were very responsive by phone and email, answering all of our concerns in a timely manner. We would definitely use, and recommend Charlotte's Closet Factory, and Sandra, to anyone needing a custom organization system.

We started our Laundry room project and got quotes from several other companies but Closet factory beat them all with quality, care, and customer service. Trae (Designer) was extremely respectful, helpful, and patient throughout the process. The project was completed within the timeframe without any issues/hiccups. I definitely recommend calling the closet factory for your closet needs and ask for Trae.

This is my third experience with the Closet Factory and as before, everything was done as expected.
