Missing vinyle/refusal to enact 2 year warranty

4 Vinyle Box received, one is missing, or more exactly there 4 but one is "cloned", 2 different ones and 2 of the same. Customer service being deliberately obtuse about their understanding fo the 2 year warranty of legal conformity in the European Union. Gave multiple acceptable solutions, none were satisfactory to them because my order is 9 months old, and it would need to have needed be under 6 for the warranty to apply, according to them. I've never had in my life a problem with the 2 year warranty, in all its different forms. Or they don't understand the law or etc etc not gonna bother writing more.

Good !

Shipping was a bit expensive, and no tracking number was given but it shipped and came super fast. The vinyl came as new
