Very disapointed. I thought that by paying a bit more I would get reasonable service but thats not the case. Bought a sweep movement that's supposed to be quiet, it was OK for a month or so but then developed a loud tick. Contacted their customer service but they didnt bother replying. There's no phone number so you can't phone them and they just ignore emails.
Avoid. If you want to buy some rubbish parts with no customer service then buy from this place . Aka: clock spare parts
Brilliant service from clockparts.co.uk. I have bought several items in the past but a recent purchase was not totally silent. It was replaced by return of post. Excellent!

I am a little Upcycler and Salvager, I make clocks from all kinds of things and Clock Parts were and still, the 1st and last place I go for clock bits and bobs. They've got a great little (basic) website for all clock part needs. I haven't had any trouble or breakages from their parts. They have great customer service, their always in contact with you during the despatch and delivery process. Awesome offers on bulk orders and the smaller orders don't cost that much either!! Packaging is secure and very well organised (compared to amazon, who throw products into their most oversized box!)
