BEWARE

BEWARE! They did a good job blocking spam.
Their AI program is either retarded or programed to run you in circles. Contacting them is impossible.
Then when I cancelled my phone was immediately rendered useless. The phone shop had to remove 3 viruses. They do a good job until you have a problem or question. Once you cancel you're screwed.

update: After this review Cloaked said they take reviews seriously and I should call them. I tried repeatedly before writing the review! They didn't care then. I have no way of knowing if they installed those viruses on my phone or just left me vulnerable to them. Either way the result was I was left with a useless phone until I paid someone to straighten it out. On top of that, contacts, apps and data have been deleted(probably by the viruses).

Helpful updates…

I thought the updates were helpful for me to know where my privacy is on the internet. I'm waiting for the follow-up with the data brokers.

Very Quick Response

I’ve been concerned about my account for some time but wasn’t sure of what to do. Then I heard about Cloaked. I was surprised and concerned about what they found, but relieved that the issues are being resolved.

New customer wanting personal information secured

I am a fairly new customer of Cloaked. I have very high concerns with guarding my personal information online and being sold to data brokers and so forth. This is one of the steps that I took to start making better decisions. I had an issue where I had to reset my iPhone, therefore requiring me to reinstall all apps. Once I downloaded Cloacked post-restore I was unable to sign in to my account with the communicated recovery code. I verified the code with a Cloaked agent and it was still unsuccessfull. This all resulted in my account having to be reset (Hard Reset) instead of only a Soft Reset (forgot password link with recovery code). I am finally up and running and all of my information did not leave my account thankfully. I'm looking foward to learning more about how Cloaked can help me and my identity online.

Nerissa gave me wonderful support

Nerissa gave me wonderful support, very knowledgeable about how to get up everything properly. Even sent a email with instructions of what I had to do, and if it didn’t worked she was going to give me a call the next day. But thankfully it did so I emailed her just so she could check if everything was working okay, and she wrote back everything is a go. Thank you Nerissa

Live support was readily available and effective.

Started my issue with the automated help but as soon as I needed a rep I got a response right away from Nerissa in Customer Support. She emailed back and forth and then she suggested she call me the next day and did as scheduled on time. We had a great call , got everything resolved and she was so friendly, it was a pleasure.

I used to get spam calls every day…

I used to get spam calls every day sometimes 5, 6 or seven times a day. Now, seven months later, Cloaked has almost eliminated my spam calls to maybe two a week. It’s the best $9.99 I have ever spent.

Honestly, this app caused more harm

Honestly, I have far more spam texts now after 6 months of using the Cloaked app. I feel like my expose was amplified somehow.
