Cloaked is a giant AI turd that isn't even as effective as a simple google search and asking google to take it down. Its been three months and it states sites are cleared when they definitely are not, and most of it is still "waiting to be verified" even thought they stated it should only be a couple weeks. When I open a ticket? Tech loop from hell that won't verify your email and let you submit at ticket.
Don't waste your time or money.

Login issues
I was very frustrated not been able to login, unfortunately for whatever reason I had to do a hard reset, I contacted customer support and Kit was great, quick responding to all my questions and understanding my frustration, Kit quickly helped me restore my login helping through the entire process and with a minimal loss of data even though some of my data was gone everything was still working as it should. Spam is GONE!
In just one day, the 10+ spam calls I used to get daily completely stopped. Cloaked has made a noticeable difference in the number of spam calls and texts I receive. Highly recommend.

I was skeptical at first, but after the app installation, it was all systems go !! I noticed the emails and phone calls dropping rapidly and you wil always get updates on pending cancellations.

The customer support was excellent. Mike helped me addd my wife to my 2 person plan and set everything up.

Cloaked has been “slashing & burning” spam calls and I hope the same for my personal info on the web. Had a minor issue with blocking too much. I e-mailed their web site, received an answer w/ a solution in less than a minute (on a Sunday morning!!!). I think I’ll keep ‘em.

Great work
Before Cloaked, I was getting 40 to 50 spam calls per day. Now that they are working on my behalf that number has decreased greatly. I see it decrease by the week and I’m very grateful!

Easy Fix
Eric Crossley fixed the issues that I was having lickety split! He also guided me through the set up, which was very helpful.

Had the service for a year. The spam and removals that they present to you only increase exponentially after the service began. It's very clearly (according to thier own graphs) not working and possibly making it worse! Are they just shotgunning my data out??
