Customer service is terrible

Customer service is terrible! I ordered town & country on 14th November, which was delivered on 21th November. I had to bought another on 20th November because it was a gift. Yeah, till here I did not have a problem. But I requested a return, and provided photos of the product, which not opened yet. After 2 days I asked a customer service if she got my email with attachments, she did not get it, after that I sent 2 emails, no response yet. This problem I did not have with gucci, or other online shops like flaconi, douglas.

X Masculine

I recently bought Clive Christian X Masculine, I trusted my own judgment along with producer Micheal & Marc Gebuaer, when I first sprayed I was ok it’s pleasant, within 3-4 minutes I was ho wow this is special. It’s like nothing else I have because they can become quite generic, you can’t say that about this, and literally the next day a friend asked me what I was wearing because she liked it, you get what you pay for I guess, next time I may not buy online but will definitely be looking in store

Positive, but had to make an effort

I placed an order for a very expensive fragrance and I came by here to check the reviews and I’ll be honest I was a little worried when I read the reviews.

I contacted Clive Christian to check on my order took them a day to respond however they were very helpful and within a few days I received my order, I’ve knocked off a star as they didn’t add the free samples

I don't understand this brand

I don't understand this brand. The fragrances are incredibly overpriced for what they are. Not only that but the customer service is terrible! The website is totally outdated. For example listing 2 year old fragrances as "new" they also do far to many limited edition fragrances where they only seem to make a few bottles. They are the opposite of creed, PDM, amouage ect honestly I'm amazed they are still in business

They don't care

I asked if they deliver to a specific destination. They wrote to me two weeks later: "We ship with a variety of shipping providers with our fulfillment team. I have escalated your requested to see if delivery can be made to your region". I then heard nothing more. I wrote to them a further eight times asking if they could please answer. Nothing. Silence. I said I would record their silence on here. Still silence. Hence this review. This company may sell (ridiculously expensive) perfumes but their "customer care" team doesn't care about customer care. I recommend you spend your hard earned cash with a company that respects you as a customer: this company does not.

Appalling! Don't bother!

I wish I'd seen these bad reviews before placing an order on the Clive Christian website because they are 100% valid.
Deciding to splurge on a luxury fragrance should be a pleasant and stress-free experience; not with these guys!
I'm baffled as to why Clive Christian Perfume goes to the trouble of having a very professional and inviting website only to totally let down anyone who places an order. It's just odd. They take your money and then.... nothing.... complete radio silence. So you chase them up and get no response. You chase them up again and get no response. Thankfully my payment method had buyer protection so I've got my money back. Would never order from this joke company ever again.

Avoid this company at all costs they…

Avoid this company at all costs they advertise items for sale that are clearly not in stock and take your money only to email you back several days later saying sorry there was a discrepancy with our stock we cannot send your order thanks for being so understanding !!!
They offer absolutely no incentive to customers for their poor service, they keep your money for a while for items they don’t have available.
They are not as professional as their website indicates or would have you believe and their customer service in still in the same era of their so called 200 year old perfumery ingredients.

Fragrance not lasting 16 hours

I’ve been unsure about the perfume that I’ve received from perfume dot com. The bottle does have the weight behind it but the scent does not last on me like the C perfume that I purchased from fragrance X. It was advertised as if you like C then you’ll love 1872. It’s nothing like it! Disappointed.

Maybe a fake company

Customer service non existant. Cannot phone them as it goes to answerphone and does not give the name of the company as it is blanked out. Only response to emails is automated that someone will get back to you - nothing. Sent 3 emails, no response. Bought product for my husband as a present and it is not the same as one purchased some time ago. Shame the company was sold, these people are using inferior products that smell similar but obviously use cheap ingrediants. Makes me wonder if it is a money laundering company. Will not purchase from them again - people - beware!
