Terrible cheap feeling hair which cost…
Terrible cheap feeling hair which cost £200. Hair needs constant brushing as it’s so knotty, when brushed so much hair comes out can’t run my fingers through without the hair coming out ! Supposed to be 100% human hair FAR FROM IT! DO NOT RECOMMEND. Had better hair for £20!

Molly customer service team
I spoke to Molly in the customer service Team following my order being missing due delivery issues with Evri.
Molly was very helpful and updated me each step of the process on my refund, she was very apologetic even though this was no fault on clip hairs part.
This is the first time i have used clip hair as usually use a different supplier but was recommended by a friend, and although i never got to see the quality of the hair and had to have hair provided by the hair salon due to my fitting appointment i would highly recommend them due to their positive customer care

This company was my go to hair shop for years but sadly has gone very very down hill .
The hair is absloutley terribe paying out 300 to 500 pound and get one two wear .
Hair turns into dreadloclk bad .

MY PARCEL HAD ISSUE DPD AND REFUSED REALSE IT .
CONTACTED CLIP HAIR DUE GOING ON HOLIDAY.

WAITED 6 DAYS CLIP HAIR NEVER GOT BACK TO ME .
ALSO MY DAUGHTER AND FRIENDS HAVE HAD SAME ISSUE WITH CLIP HAIR 27 YEARS EXPRINCE WITH HAIR EXTENSIONS
THEY NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED BY TRAINING STANDARDS .
I have 700 pound clip hair hair happy send them trading standards definitely not human doesn't even resemble cheap human .just plastic and synthetic very bad synthetic.

Beautiful Packaging and Great Quality Hair
I haven't had the extensions long enough to comment on their durability, as I've only recently received them. However, my first impression is very positive. The hair appears to be of excellent quality, and the extensions arrived quickly in beautiful, well-presented packaging.
The only improvement I would suggest is adding a QR code to the box linking to a video tutorial showing how to apply the extensions. This would be especially helpful for first-time users.
Overall, I feel I chose the right supplier. Now, only time will tell how well the extensions perform in the long term.

Great service and product!
Used the colour match tool on WhatsApp and they replied super quick, and the colour match was PERFECT.
Delivery was fast also. When the item arrived the extensions were packaged well. The quality of the hair is really good. I wore them all day yesterday and didn’t get one headache (which is common for me with clip ins) and they were so lightweight and really wearable. Best extensions I’ve ever had and beat my foxy locks ones.

Customer service needs improvement!
I am very happy with the top up for my fine hair but I am not happy about there being no Customer Service available at all when i twice telephoned the number provided during the specified time to amend my order.

The hair is definitely not 100% human hair. I’ve worn angel Remy since I was 18 I’m now 34 and never experienced what I am now with these. It tangles so much ! It looks syringed. I’ve had it in one bun and I can’t even get the bobble out
