Service was very quick. I was contacted everyday, sometimes twice a day, with updates and options. Files structure was quickly identified and once I confirmed it was correct the data was restored and sent to me. All of this in 4 days!

Whereas I couldn't retrieve my personal pictures from a faulty hard drive, we managed to get them back.
Expensive but was really worth it ! If sometimes process could be more clear or reassuring, everything went well, even on the custom extra cost side (refund quickly done).

Top quality service, premium fees
I had an issue with my laptop HD, that went MIA... was not that old and only contained 25Go of data, but could not do without them. I went to the local store and the technician told me he could replace the HD, but not recover the data... wrong! I left the HD in the hand of Clinique de Donnees and the next day received a confirmation (and could actually see on their server) that all files could be recovered. Within to days I received a USB key with all files and directories. Efficient and very nice service.
The only - is the associated cost: these professional services come with a price. In my case EUR 600 (excl. VAT). A good reminder of the necessity of backups!

Très bon service professionnel. Rapide et efficace, très bon contact et récupération complète des données au final.
S'avère plus cher qu'attendu d'après l'estimateur du site web ce qui rend le service pas vraiment compétitif par rapport à la concurrence (raison pour laquelle je mets 4 étoiles au lieu de 5)

Happens to be more expensive than expected from the web site price estimator which makes the service not that competitive (reason why I put 4 stars instead of 5)
