I have purchased the Clinic Red device to help with relief form age related aches and pains mostly in my lower back. Using it carefully to the instructions I have found it very helpful and much better than taking drugs. I have had relief from pain withing minutes of using it.

The Clinic Red Infrared light provided NO pain relief what soever. I followed the directions to the letter and was only rewarded with $100 plus hole in my bank account. Their claim of "Money back guarantee" is false. Please, don't waste your money on this over hyped product.

I've have experienced a convoluted billing issue with this company, and after one day decided to cancel my order. Now the woman who eventually answers emails from its apparently hassle free customer service. Spent days arguing her case and said it was too late to cancel, as the item had already been sent out,over a week later I get email confirmation saying that it had been allocated to DPD, now this carrier acknowledged it's in the system, however after almost 2 weeks, they have no delivery details.
Now my issue is that the woman I believe deliberately stalled and refused to cancel the order. And tells me I am liable to return postage to wherever the item comes from.
None of this is on their rather shabby webpage, and I feel they do not understand the govt legislation regards items over a certain price.
As a representative of the company she is extremely patronising, and makes me feel the company that apparently sells medical appliances has dubious selling integrity. They evade answering my questions, I still don't know where they are sending the products from.
I certainly will not buy from them in the future given that they do not honour their assurances.
