I have been using this for 2 months or I should say the new version Arlo
All I can say is I am blown away at its efficiency and integration with Cliniko. Also impressive is the speed at which new functions are being constantly added. I'm glad I trialed this
Having used Heidi for a year I was looking for a better solution for my Physiotherapy clinic that would be more intuitive to Cliniko and better value for money to allow me to role it out to all staff. I had an online meeting with Chris from Clinic Notes AI, now Arlo, and it was so good to speak with a human. I signed up for the trial and it was so easy to import my patient note templates from Cliniko and get all set up. I have found my assessment and follow-up Physiotherapy notes have needed much less editing with Arlo than they did with Heidi. The ease of use is much better too. I had a follow up chat with Chris and he ahs provided a cost effective solution for my clinic which we can review as we grow. I have been so happy with the support with quick response times and actual humans. A patient upon me asking for consent responded "Heidi is sacked, Arlo is in" and I couldn't have put it better myself.
