Amazing experience from being picked up from the airport, at the hotel and at the hospital. Every one was brilliant making sure my experience went as smoothly as possible... Dr serkan was a amazing and im so happy with my results I have already paid a deposit to have my next surgery with clinic centre!

Overall, my experience was excellent, and I would happily recommend the clinic centre.

From the moment I arrived, everything was very well organised. The hotel was fantastic, the airport and hospital transfers were seamless, and the translators were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The hospital itself felt like a 5-star facility clean, modern, and well equipped.

The nurses and doctors were amazing. Although many of the nursing staff didn't speak English, they were incredibly caring and attentive. Thankfully, Google Translate made communication easy enough,when needed and I never felt neglected.

The biggest highlight of my experience was Dr. Yakup Duman. When I was researching surgeons before booking, I couldn't find much information about him, which made me slightly nervous. Looking back, I am so glad I chose him. I genuinely believe God guided me to the right surgeon.

Dr. Yakup is gentle, professional, highly skilled, and speaks excellent English, which made communication so much easier. What impressed me most was that he refuses to take unnecessary risks. My health and safety were clearly his number one priority. His goal is to reduce risk as much as possible, even if that means changing the surgical plan.

I was originally booked to have three procedures. However, after reviewing me in person, Dr. Yakup explained that because I have a contraceptive implant in my arm, combining all three procedures would increase the risk of complications. Rather than proceeding for financial gain, he made the difficult but responsible decision to perform only one procedure. That level of integrity deserves enormous respect, and I would much rather have a surgeon who puts patient safety above everything else.

The only disappointment was the communication before my surgery. I had disclosed that I had a contraceptive implant well before travelling, yet this wasn't identified as an issue until I met the surgeon. Had this been discussed earlier between the coordinator and the surgeon assistants, I could have had the implant removed a month before surgery and proceeded with my original treatment plan. Instead, I will now need to return later this year for my remaining procedures.

Despite this communication issue, my confidence in Dr. Yakup has only increased. I would choose him again and again without hesitation because I know he genuinely cares about his patients and will never compromise their safety.

Clinic Centre has built a wonderful team, and although there was a communication issue regarding my treatment plan before surgery, the level of care, hospitality, and genuine concern I received throughout my stay was outstanding. Most importantly, I left knowing I had been treated by a surgeon who values patient safety above all else, and for that, I am truly grateful.

One area for improvement I would suggest is giving patients the option to stay in hospital for longer after major surgery, with the additional cost explained in advance during the booking process.

The standard package included two nights in hospital. Personally, I wasn't physically ready to move to the hotel after that. I was still in significant pain and simply wasn't able to cope in a hotel setting at that stage of my recovery. I chose to pay for an extra night in hospital, and thankfully Clinic Centre also arranged for me to remain there for a further two nights afterwards, which I truly appreciated.

From my own experience, I believe having the option to extend the hospital stay from the outset would be beneficial for patients undergoing major procedures. Recovery is different for everyone, and for some people, the additional medical support and reassurance during those first few days can make a huge difference. Providing this option upfront, together with the associated costs, would help patients make an informed decision based on their own comfort and recovery needs.

PS: Will be back to talk about the results. Had recti dialysis/muscle repair that was 5cm wide and my surgeon dr Yakup, said "no amount of gym workout would have repaired it." So looking forward to the results once swelling settled. But the incision.... yeeeah the guy is an artist 😘💯

The whole experience has been amazing, right from the pick up at the airport, everything has been very good and I have felt very comfortable.
The procedure was very alot quicker than I thought it was going to be and everything went to plan.
The communication between myself and the clinic center team has been very good aswell.
The aftercare has been amazing, nothing is too much and all my questions have been answered and dealt with.
I would 100% recommend clinic center and I would definitely use them again if I needed to.

Got in touch with the clinic centre after a mutual friend had used them a few years back. I wanted an uplift and implants after having 3 kids they no longer sat were they are suppose to and I desperately wanted to be able to wear nice dress’ when I went away on holiday. I requested Dr Hakan Gundogen to carry out my procedure after doing some reaserch. From the very beginning via what’s app the communication was fantastic.
I also didn’t feel any pressure to book unlike a few other companies I had enquired to some can get abit much with the constant hounding to leave a deposit. from the beginning ceyda my coordinator was fantastic, very friendly and replied within a few hours to any question or concern I had.

I stayed at the volley hotel and I was a little concerned after reading a couple of reviews but I couldn’t fault a thing it was SPOTLESSLY clean. Breakfast was good, only down side is there is not a lot around so I did struggle foodwise for dinner and tea but I did find a little local restaurant up the road so I ate there for dinner and tea.

Surgery from dr Hakan went better than I had imagined, I was collected from my hotel at 6:00am to head to the hospital and was down in theatre for 8:30am which I found mines better I had no time to sit around nervous or anxious, dr Hakan was honestly a god send for me, he was such a gentleman spoke fantastic English, they do give you a translator but this wasn’t needed. He had a fantastic bedside manner and really put my mind at rest with everything, we discussed sizes ect and I trusted his advise and I’m so glad I did, I couldn’t be happier, he’s done everything better than I could have hoped for. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind would I use him again ABSOLUTELY. & i have since recommended him to at least 3 other friends that have booked in for surgery with him.

The aftercare from selin has also been fantastic, as soon as I arrived back in the UK I had a message the following day asking how I was feeling how I was getting on, they have since kept in contact every other day for photos to check my progress.

All in all I would 100% recommend the clinic centre and more so DR Hakan he’s an angel on earth. Never at any point was I made to feeling like Id handed the money over and I was to now be tossed aside as I read with a few other sergons and clinics.

Thankyou Dr Hakan for looking after me so well and for my new girls that I can’t wait to take away to wear all the dress’ I have dreamed of wearing all props and credits to you!

Very good experience. Staff were friendly, before, during and still now as we do aftercare. Procedure was straight forward, painless and effecient. The only work on point would be more information on the procedure itself, what to expect etc. But would recommend to other brits, and would come back for another treatment if needed.

She was very prompt and offered very thorough answers to my questions.

My experience with clinic centre has been incredible!! I did a lot of research when looking for a company and a surgeon and I am genuinely so glad I came across clinic centre. Alara who was my coordinator was always available to answer my questions (and believe me, I had many) as the date got closer my nerves and anxiety increased and she would reassure me and explain everything!!
Hilal the translator I met in Turkey is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met, she greeted us professionally, kindly and was full of knowledge and information. My surgeon and hospital care was second to none. Nursing care was brilliant there was sometimes little language barrier however we got around this using Google translate or Hilal if it wasn’t late night. The hospital was extremely clean! I also had almost daily check-ups which I thought was fab before flying home.
Overall I cannot recommend clinic centre highly enough, Alara and Hilal are really very special people!! It’s daunting going overseas for surgery and they really helped.

Hi I can not express enough how amazing the clinic centre and all the staff have been through my dental treatment, I have had three separate visits for my treatment and can’t thank everyone enough. I would highly recommend the clinic centre as you will be receiving ***** treatment.
This starts with the coordinators then you also get the translator whilst there who stays with you threw it all, my translator was truly amazing and is now a life long friend as he was with me threw all the visits. The dentist well she was a top star professional I couldn’t of asked for better, it dosnt just stop once you leave as the after care team then take over and are straight intouch checking on you Seline was truly lovely and answered any questions straight away.
The Clinic Centre Istanbul would be my only choice if I wanted anything else done as there standards are so high and staff so accommodating.

First I was introduced to Ceyda who answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable and confident. 10 out of 10 to you. Next I was introduced to Alara who again looked after me constantly and also treated me with great respect and kindness another 10 out of 10. Dr Soner was totally honest about my procedure and what I could expect explaining everything in detail. I am so pleased with the results and would fully recommend him.
Everything ran perfectly from airport transfer hotel clinic and all communication in between.

Fantastic service really happy with the results of my new teeth, the dentist was a perfectionist, she really knew what suited me to give me natural looking teeth and aftercare service was great they really do care your happy with everything, much better than any service you would get in uk, would highly recommend to anyone.

Second visit and was looked after very professionally

This was my second visit to Istanbul with Clinic Center for dental treatment & I was extremely happy with the entire service: from the clear pre-visit itinerary through to the high quality dental work and exceptional aftercare. It completely took the worry out of the experience as the kind and helpful staff were with me every step of the way, from airport transfers, to clinic visits with knowledgeable and skilled dentists. The hotel was clean, modern & comfortable and close to the dental clinic which was also immaculately clean, modern & well appointed with the latest equipment.
Any questions I had were answered and I felt very looked after throughout the treatment. I would highly recommended Clinic Center & would definitely return if I need any future work. The cost was exceptionally good value as well.
All in all, I am so glad I chose to return to Clinic Center.
