All the clinicians was amazing so helpful and understanding and always happy to listen if needed to ask questions, the time from referral to having two diagnoses in matter of months is amazing has I didn’t know about right to choose clinical partners and been fighting with nhs ped and other doctors school to help for 12 years and nothing and in matter of months they are amazing I would recommend to anyone

When I eventually got to see an assessor it was good. However it took a lot of perseverence and several complaints about lack of communication to get there. The paperwork seemed endless and I had several triages and it was a really stressful process with complex and confusing forms - my ‘informant’ said the same. So sadly a thumbs down from me.

Bekky the mental health nurse was lovely. She explained everything to my daughter. Great service.

Was very very helpful, spoke to a lovely woman ( Angela ) who was so understanding and caring especially after she found out I hated video calls etc. Everything was very easy to figure out and do also was quite quick with everything which made it 10x better

I received a message saying my questionnaire was not complete yet I did complete it, it clearly didn’t save
I have been waiting for 3 years for a diagnosis I find form filling hard as it is!
A trait of autism and adhd!
Access needs to be more easier for patients!

System was simple to use. Nurse who carried out diagnostic call was fantastic. No complaints at all. 8 months from beginning the process to receiving a diagnosis.

I’ll admit I was unsure about doing the assessment online. I was worried that things would be missed, not seen/heard properly. I was completely wrong. If anything I think it was better, my son being in his own environment. Thank you.
