We had such a great experience with clinical partners. They were very understanding and provided lots of advice. The clinicians were fantastic with my son who is autistic and struggles to communicate with strangers.

I’m impressed with how quickly I had my assessment and how short I waited to getting my diagnosis in writing
Positive Experience
Communication was good throughout. Preparation guidance was clear. Questionnaires were easy to complete and share with external tutor. The actual assessment was carried out by an approachable, professional with an engaging manner that enabled our child to feel safe to discuss her day to day difficulties.
Understanding
Understanding, compassion and communication was excellent. Helped to make what could have been a very uncomfortable situation for my son much easier than expected, putting him at ease with the thought that he wasn’t being judged and was treated like a human being.

Medication team are absolutely terrible…
Medication team are absolutely terrible and complaints, continuously missing prescribing sons medication clinician not prescribing then not getting any reply from emails and phone calls,
My son is supposed to be put on shared care but of course the clinician hasn’t done this and now left without medication again, he was also left for months before because they requested a ECG which they already had then took months to reply, so my son would have to start the whole titration again, it’s absolutely terrible, I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone for medication

I had a really positive experience with…
I had a really positive experience with Clinical Partners. My son had been on the waiting list for over a year for his ADHD assessment, so it was such a relief to finally have our appointment today.
Sandra Okoli was absolutely brilliant. She was extremely helpful, patient and understanding throughout the assessment, and made my son feel comfortable and listened to. She took the time to properly assess him and was able to confirm that he has ADHD.
Having this assessment and diagnosis will make such a positive difference for my son, particularly in helping us get the right support and understanding from his school.
A huge thank you to Sandra for making what could have been a stressful appointment such a positive experience. I’m very grateful for her patience, professionalism and support. Highly recommend Clinical Partners!
Assessed by a Pharmacist not a Psychologist!
The process from being referred by my GP to being offered an appointment was incredibly quick, which was phenomenal and something I genuinely appreciated.
However, I was disappointed to discover that my ADHD assessment was being carried out by a pharmacist rather than a psychologist or another clinician specialising in the presentation of ADHD in women. The assessment felt very much like a tick-box exercise, with considerable emphasis placed on whether I could remember displaying particular traits before the age of 12.
As an adult woman and having supported three of my children through neurodevelopmental assessments. I am very aware that ADHD can present differently in women and girls. Many learn to mask their difficulties, and childhood experiences can be extremely difficult to recall accurately many years later. I therefore did not feel that the standard assessment questions fully explored the complexities of my presentation.
My disappointment is not simply because I did not receive a diagnosis. It is about whether the assessment was sufficiently thorough, individualised and informed by an understanding of how ADHD commonly presents in women.
Although I was very impressed by the speed of the Right to Choose pathway, I was left questioning whether being assessed in this way, and by a pharmacist rather than a specialist psychologist, provided the depth and expertise I had expected from the process.

Professional ADHD Assessment
My daughter's ADHD assessment was carried out in a professional manner, the nurse carrying out the assessment was warm and friendly. Information provided before and after was clear and helpful. Only reason not to give a 5/5 rating is it takes a long time to speak to somebody any time you ring Clinical Partners.
Great Session and very helpful
I was very nervous at first but it was a very comfortable session, Adil was very understanding and informative on how I feel. This really helped me understand myself further now I have a clearer mind and somewhere to start with helping myself.
Many thanks to Adil Bhaloda.
