I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Gonullu and the Clinic Wise Team. The whole process—from consultation, to scheduling, through surgery and then recovery—went very smoothly. I was well taken care of and communication was constant. I am still recovering but the results from my surgery met my expectations. I would highly recommend Dr. Gonullu and Clinic Wise

I’ve had an incredible experience with Clinic Wise! I was well informed about my procedure from start to finish. I felt comfortable and was very well taken care of. I had done a lot of research before selecting a Doctor in Turkey to perform my Breast-enlargement surgery, Dr. Ersin Gonullu was at the top of my list and I couldn't have asked for a better Surgeon or a better result! Communication was amazing! I have nothing bad to say at all… from the airport shuttle, hotel, hospital, surgery, and everything in-between, it was perfect, well planned and executed! I had done Gynecomastia, chin liposuction and 360 liposuction with Dr Ersin Gonullu 4 weeks ago. Dr. Ersin is professional and talented. He clearly explained the before and after surgery expectations and did a good job overall. I’m still recovering but happy with the results so far. I highly recommend this Dr.
I’m satisfied with my trip to Turkey, not only the cost of surgery is cheaper compared to the US but the service was excellent. The logistics of my entire trip, from arrival to departure, was organized by Joseph, our coordinator/liaison with the Dr. He promptly answered our questions and was available every step of the way. The entire team, Dr. Ersin, Joseph, translator Betul, massage therapist Burcu, nurses at the hospital and hotel, was professional, friendly and helpful. There were no hidden fees or other unpleasant surprises during this trip.

Hi, I just want to say thankyou to Dr Ersin, the nurses and night nurses my coordinator Lina and everyone else that was involved in my procedure you really do have a fantastic and caring team. I had my surgery on 19th October after 3 years of deciding and doing my research to getting surgery as this was my first every surgery I decided to go with Dr Ersin, I feel the reason I picked him was his knowledge to what he knows and posting really informative posts on Instagram and you can tell he is all for the safety of his patients, with being a single mum this was crucial for me because I wanted someone to ensure I was ok and was going to get all the right care and support I needed with having to go home and be a mum. Dr Ersin and his work he has done on me is jaw dropping, like wow I can’t even begin to say in words how much of an amazing job he has done especially with having a child, most surgeons out there prefer to opt and give you a tummy tuck without trying to do there best work with lipo, honestly he is a magician I have 360 Aggressive Lipo on abdominal, lower and upper back, love handles with BBL and j plasma as my skin wasn’t elastic enough at the bottom.

Ersin he has the vision of being able to see what fits perfectly with your body, you can tell he has the true passion of ensuring his clients get the best results 🙏🏼 I can’t even begin to say how grateful I am thankyou so much Ersin. I went originally for back and tummy lipo, with being so self conscious and unhappy with how I looked after having a child I think your body changes. Ersin was the loveliest of people he made me at ease and I felt like I was in good hands, i always feel like your gut tells you and I just felt eased at the whole thing I just got good vibes and energy from him, he marked me up and did say I would benefit from a BBL I already I knew I had a flat bottom but was scared as people say it’s a risky process he talked me through everything made me feel comfortable and I actually opted to get the BBL in the end and I am so happy the results are amazing sooo natural every one I know can’t get over his work from the before to the afters and I’m only 2 and a half week post op!

I think it makes me more grateful that I picked Ersin, because my friend actually also had BBL with another surgeon in Instanbul last week and the experience she received is terrible, girls please make sure you do your research and pick a good surgeon (DR Ersin) is your man he is kind caring and wants his clients to get the best results but ensuring it’s not exceeding any limits and safety is first and above anything. My experience with this clinic has been first-rate from start to finish. The surgeon (Dr. Gülçin Nujen Çardak,) was very skilled, conscientious and caring. I am very pleased thus far with the outcome of my procedure, the very fine stitches and minimal bruising have made for an easy recovery and I eagerly anticipate seeing the final results. The all inclusive service arranged by the clinic, including: shuttle service, daily visit by a nurse and hotel made the entire process feel very streamlined and stress-free.
I would highly recommend this clinic and specifically this physician to anyone interested in cosmetic procedures.

I have been searching for the right Dr. For years and for me over all of them Dr Ersin made me feel confident and whatever I wanted was possible. Whatever I wanted I got but with a perfection. I’m a very difficult person with lots of principles so for Dr. Ersin his team were really patient with me. They took care of me and I have absolutely no complaints. I got a BBL with doctor Ersin Gönüllü 2 weeks ago. I had never had any procedure done before so I was pretty anxious but he and his team made me feel comfortable and more importantly safe. Everything was organized, we had drivers in comfortable and spacious vehicles to take us wherever we needed to be, not forgetting the Hilton hotel and free breakfast. I literally just had to pack my bags and book a ticket and they took care of the rest. We even got a tour of the city before the surgery which was pretty special. The hospital was great, definitely met European standards. The aftercare was exceptional, I had nurses checking on me often and I had people on standby ready to respond to my texts if anything happened or if I needed help with anything, it’s a pity I don’t remember all the names of the nurses but special thanks to Cleo and Kadir. About the surgery result, it’s a little too early to tell but so far so good. Definitely recommend.

Right from first speaking to care coordinator Aybuke, at home via WhatsApp/video call I showed pictures of where I wished to have ‘fixed’ , from there we booked a date and everything was extremely well organised.

Before departure I received instructions on where to go after I arrived in Istanbul, outside the airport you look out for a sign, I found it on the right on a pillar , the guys there helped me, and I was picked up by a nice air conditioned ride. I knew I was in good hands.

Aybuke was great and sorted everything out for me, nothing was too much, a lovely woman, I previously had my first experience with them in 2019 , back then was very nervous as first time in Istanbul, but did my homework and came across Dr Ersin and his team, and Murat was then my care coordinator, and again lovely and couldn’t help more if he tried.

So I honestly just can’t say it enough , just how amazing everybody was, from the care coordinators, amazing translators , the doctors nurses all fantastic, honestly just fabulous experience!

Great time, hotel was lovely , on arrival I got a warm baked cookie which I was ready for after my day of travelling , that and the room service was a treat and very much needed. All the staff at the hotel from the reception to the cleaners and the Restraunt, again very kind , very polite, you are made to feel like family. I am very very happy!

You are looked after right from the offset, everything included, everything arranged , just arrange your flights , and they pick you up from outside the airport , take you to your hotel, all arranged by them, to surgery, all your appointments, and back, and then back to the airport.
Translators stay with you all the time through the appt , so you understand everything being said. Drs are lovely so kind and caring, can’t do enough. I had Dr Ersin first time , then this time I went alone , which I never would usually ever do by the way! But I felt confident , and I was so comfortable.

I had Dr Nihat Kaya for septoplasty as had breathing difficulties,and straightened my nose that had tilted from a deviated septum and amazing experience, did bloods, heart checks, lung X-ray, met face to face my surgeon, Dr Kaya, showed me what he could do on the screen, mostly internal for me but straighten also , lovely kind man, then taken to your room, to relax till surgery. Taken in on my bed, given the sedative and I was gone, woke up not too much pain, little sick after anaesthetic, but as I expected, was cleaned up and left to rest, regularly checked throughout the rest of the day and night, ice packs on for my swelling, and allowed home to hotel day later, I am looking forward to going again for more surgery already!! But not for a few years 😊

Dr A.Hakim Cihangir did my hair transplant as it’s very thin , I went and met him and his team and I was nervous as I knew I was going to be awake, and he gave me something to relax me, it did and I wasn’t woozy, which was great, I fell asleep during the first 4hours of hair transplant! I had a break to use the toilet and have lunch , so nowhere near as bad as expected , the staff again so kind and caring, made to feel very comfortable, very at home, all the nurses and help at the hospital and the Hair transplant clinic A++

All medication sent home with me to and was shown how to take and sent home with a list , of how to take it, how many times a day and when , antibiotics painkillers etc

I will go back for my future surgeries absolutely 100%

I am back in Germany since last night. On Monday I had a BBL surgery in Istanbul, organized by Clinic Wise. From the first to the last moment I felt very well taken care of. I was in constant contact with Aybüke, who assisted me in all matters and made all my wishes possible. After the operation, I was regularly visited by nurses who checked on my condition and were concerned. At the moment I can't say anything about the result because I am still very swollen, but I can recommend the experience with Clinic Wise 100%. Thanks for everything to the whole team and especially to Aybüke ❤️

Had the best experience with Dr. Ersin and his team. Starting with the consultation home and arrival in turkey. Everyone was very helpful the nurses at the hospital and then in the hotel. We had daily check ups post surgery and they stayed even in the lobby for hours in case we felt not good. I would recommend them 100%. Dr. Ersin takes his time to explain everything and I am happy with the results!

where to start? my whole experience from beginning to now has been truly excellent. Cleo is so kind and extremely helpful, she has quickly responded to every single question and concern that I have had since day one. Kadir, my assistant made sure everything ran smoothly once I got to Istanbul. Burak was one of the best (maybe the best!) tour guide that I have ever had and showed me the beautiful sites of Istanbul before surgery day. On surgery day, Dr. Ersin made me feel so comfortable and listened to what I wanted, and gave me advice on what is actually best for my body, rather than trying to sell me on various procedures. I felt very comfortable going into surgery, knowing that I was surrounded by the best team. After surgery, the nurses both in the hospital and the hotel were very caring, and my vitals were checked regularly. The post op care when I was in the hotel and once I got home has been excellent - once again, Cleo and the doctor have helped me with every question. I am truly thankful to clinicwise and Dr Ersin for such a great experience, and would recommend to anybody!
