I had my rhinoplasty on 29/08/2025. From the beginning everything was well-organized and comfortable, including transfer. A pre-consultation with Dr. Hakan was the day before the operation, we created a 3d model of my future nose. My doctor and coordinator spoke great English, so communication was not a problem. Also the day before I had my blood tests done.

The operation was the next day. It went great, and the clinic was very clean and comfortable. The nurses didn’t speak English, but we easily communicated through a translator app. The doctor visited me in the hospital before and after the operation.
When I came to the hotel, the nurse there provided all the prescribed medications, and I could visit her every day for any help. One thing that I didn't like much, that the nurse’s room in the hotel was on another floor, and I needed to go down to her by myself, and also use a translator app to communicate.
The hotel where I lived was really good, from the location in the city mall to the tasty breakfasts and nice design.
The doctor removed the cast on the 7th day, and then the transfer took us to the airport.

It’s been about 1.5 months since my operation. The swelling now is minimal, so the difference between the old and new nose are obvious. And I’m more than happy!
I also brought a friend with me, what I highly recommend, for any physical help and moral support!

Thank you to Dr. Hakan for giving me the nose of my dreams! Also want to thank my coordinator, Ahu, she was always in touch throughout the entire process. And also thanks to Selin, patient consultant, for her gentle and professional communication.

Everything was wonderful. Thank you to eveyone. Espacally to Ahu. She was there for me the whole time when I started my Journey. Before I came to the surgery via WhatsApp, about the entire process and now after, when I‘m Home. She is so nice find always the best Solution for me. Had my teeth whitened, whilst we were away for my partner's rhinoplasty, brilliant service both very happy. Duygu our experience coordinator was brilliant and very helpful throughout.

In september i had a breast augmentation surgery with dr. Hakan Altaş and I can't suggest him enough. He is super professional!! He explained everything in detail and also helped me choose the best implant type and size.
What I really liked about this experience with Clineca is the organization, everyday I got messaged with the appointments of the day and what to do, and they also sent me the contract and consent form beforehand so that I could read it calmly which I really appreciated and they don't do in other clinics.
I want to thank more specifically Duygu which was my patient coordinator. She was so sweet, very present and organized everything perfectly and gave me the best experience ever!!
Even if it's only a month I'm already happy with the results and to everyone wanting to get surgery in Istanbul I really suggest them, they are the best!

I have just returned home from a breast lift with Dr Orkun. I cannot recommend him enough! He answered any questions I had and made me feel at ease right from the start. Throughout the whole process start to finish has been amazing with clineca, through communication initially and sending over consultation pictures to once I was there has been outstanding. Clear transparency of the process and experience was communicated from the consultation and throughout, which a huge help from my patient co ordinator Kaan was amazing help , fast responses and would answer any of my questions and provided me with in depth thorough information! Before landing I was provided with clear information of meeting points and transfer information aswell as itinerary’s, which all was conducted smoothly and officiant, the transfer staff was lovely, welcoming and very helpful throughout this whole experience!! I then had my experience co ordinator who was always present for me throughout this experience with support, help with any questions and was very welcoming, Duygu has been amazing throughout my experience since landing, from sending me in depth information of the plans for each day, communication through to other staff members, support at the hospital on my operation day, recovery stage all through to the last day, each day checking in with me and even since I have landed. This made me feel in such safe hands and a priority the staff here at clineca really do make you feel top priority, safe, welcomed and show so much kindness. The hospital itself was lovely, clean and the medical staff and nurses was phenomenal, the care was consistent on the ball and they couldn’t do enough for me! Dr hakan was my surgeon who checked on me numerous times and conducted the consultation process, simulation and pre op / post op amazingly for me, he was clear on the specifics of my case and what is best and not for my surgery and the expectations of this! Knowing this company has your health as number 1 rather than just completing the surgery and taking money makes them stand out for the rest, you can really see the core values of this clinic and the forefront priority is the clients health!!! The hotel was gorgeous and the staff again was amazing kind and welcoming every single one, waiters, receptionists, cleaners and the hotel nurses too was lovely, kind and amazing at ensuring I got the required care each day and making sure if I needed anything else they would be able to help, this was a huge relief after leaving the hospital knowing I still had support and care after the op! The clinic is beautiful and all the staff there too was kind and welcoming, I am over the moon with my surgery my nose looks natural and is exactly what I wanted and more! I have been given clear instructions on my recovery process and after care, whilst being provided an after care point of contact if I wish to speak to anyone or have any questions! I couldn’t recommend clineca enough I’m so glad I went with this company, thank you for making such a daunting, huge life changing decision feel safe, supported, cared for and relaxing. Again a huge thankyou to all the staff especially dr Hakan, Duygu, Kaan and the nurses🤍

I have recently had Breast Augmentation with Dr Orkun and I am super pleased with the care I have received from him and the clineca team. I felt like I was in safe hands from the beginning of the process! The care post op has been amazing, I was able to visit the nurse daily at our hotel which was really helpful for me as I can become quite health anxious and it was comforting knowing I was being checked daily and making sure I am recovering and healing as I should be. My patient co ordinater was really helpful and nothing was too much for her, she made me feel comfortable and calm during health check processes which was really comforting to me. The whole process was done so smoothly and really organised I couldn’t fault it any way. The hospital staff are attentive and were really kind, you didn’t have to ask for anything for them, they kept on top of my painkillers and making sure I was comfortable, I really was in safe hands with them! Dr Orkun is amazing at what he does and you can tell he has a clear passion for the work which is so important. The advice he gave me in my consultation was really helpful because this gave me a clear understanding of my results. In the near future i am planning to return to Dr Orkun for Rhinoplasty once I am healed from my breast augmentation because I feel really safe with him and the team so the next time I go I will be able to fully enjoy without the nerves!

Had Veneers done and I’m from Canada. The entire experience was nothing short of fantastic. My dentist was honest, meticulous, caring, professional and she was very gentle. Never did I feel pain. The transfers to and from the hotel via airport or clinic were safe and there was always communication. I will return to Clineca and I’m recommending to others. Thank you Clineca!!

Amazing experience from start to finish. Patient coordinator Tülin was great, answered any questions I had before booking my op - within the hour. My surgeon Dr Orkun was really friendly and knew exactly what I was looking for. I couldn’t be happier with the result even at only 10 days post op and with swelling. The doctor did excacly what I wanted and I am so happy about the first results. The people at clineca were all very friendly especially the translator was such a caring person and he answered all my questions and I felt so safe with him.
The transfere was not so good and there happend some mistakes. But I understand the reasons and all in all it was not a big deal and I am happy that I picked clineca.

The team was lovely and really informative and lots of information was provided at all times throughout.

Ahu was my coordinator and she was fantastic, constantly in touch, checking in on me and answering any queries. Dr. Hakan was my surgeon and was very reassuring and explained everything in great detail. The hospital was clean, nurses were attentive and caring. Aftercare was great with a resident nurse at the hotel I saw everyday to keep an eye on everything.

The whole team spoke great English and this made me feel more comfortable and made the process much smoother. I am still in recovery but am able to contact my coordinator and surgeon when I have needed to with any queries while being back home.

Overall, a great experience and happy that I chose Clineca ☺️

I had rhinoplasty done. It is still to early to see the full results but I am very pleased with the staff, the doctor, the hotel and the process. They are very service minded!
I also had a teeth whitening done, which made my teeth way worse than before and I can’t get a refund, which makes me very disappointed.

This experience has been great, I recommend it 100%.If you do want to go ahead and do a procedure,this is the place to go.
All has been great from doctors, to the hospital conditions to nurses and most importantly the team members who will offer you all the support you'll need 24/7.

I went in for rhinoplasty and I am extremely happy with my results achieved by Dr Pinegoz! As nervous as I was I got talked to through every single step of the process by coordinator provided for me Busra , she was so lovely , so helpful and made me less anxious.
