I've Climote installed at least 12 trouble free years. The Customer Service is now 💩

I've Climote installed at least 12 years, it has served me very well. However, of late the app. has operated on an on/off basis. Mostly off. I go through the whole app boost set-up, when I select time it consistently kicks back to zero.
The system will operate, by text.
They're Customer Service is non-existent, however, they were quick enough to end out a licence renewal. This also included a price increase.

Refreshing...prompt, knowledgeable service......

Raised an issue on a Friday regarding poor signal - revived prompt knowledgeable responses and follow-up. They monitored my service to diagnose problem without having to be asked. I requested an antenna at 14:55 on the following Tuesday and it was with me first thing the Wednesday morning! Thanks Adrian!

Such prompt, knowledgeable service is such a rarity these days!
