Da evitare, azienda poco seria

Da evitare. Telefoniamo all'assistenza AERMEC per la provincia di Modena al fine avere assistenza su una macchina che funziona male in un nostro ufficio. L'operatrice rifiuta di prendere in carico la pratica poiché dice che il manutentore non è disponibile e richiede di scrivere all'email assistenza [at] climaservice-sat [punto] it.

Scriviamo pertanto in data 20 Ottobre un dettagliato messaggio con descrizione dei problemi e fotografia della macchina per la corretta identificazione.

Al 7 Novembre non abbiamo ancora ricevuto la minima risposta, abbiamo pertanto provveduto a sostituire tutti i termoconvettori AERMEC con altra marca in blocco.

Certamente sconsigliamo di acquistare apparati AERMEC, almeno in provincia di Modena, poiché non esiste l'assistenza tecnica in caso di problemi. Altrettanto certamente sconsigliamo di utilizzare Climaservice come manutentore poiché semplicemente non assistono.
