Easy to reach Bob
I like the fact that Bob is easy to talk to and I can leave him an email and he’ll get back to me. I don’t like that I personally find the online letters hard to access. (Says I have a new letter but can’t find it to open and read) an option to have letters emailed directly to me would be helpful
