Truly, investing in Clients on Demand has changed the way I've been able to show up in my life. As cliche as that sounds, I was overwhelmed...not spending the time that I desired with my young children, working MANY stressful hours per week, and I definitely wasn't paid my worth. As a working mother, time and flexibility meant everything to me, and investing in COD has given me freedom, autonomy, and an entirely different income...not to mention more sleep. Within a few short months, I am now FREE, independent, caring for my children, my health and wellness, AND earning in one month what I previously made in six. The best part is that my business is in its infancy. I can only go up from here, and with the type of support I get through COD, it is impossible for me to fail. I feel truly cared for and my successes are celebrated. It's a heart-centered organization with great structures in place to ensure success.

What intrigued me was that in their webinar they said "we will discuss your problem and goals with you and IF we are a good fit we will make you an offer. If not, we will direct you elsewhere". I got so much more than I asked for. A sustainable marketing tool that will attract ideal clients, was not easy to do but to get my ROI I had to make a decision to work on it harder than I ever have. I can smile again. At the beginning of 2020, I experienced burnout from overworking and within 3 months my world fell apart I lost everything: marriage, health, and job. All this happened between January and March then Covid lockdown hit in March. I went into depression and as time went by I was determined not to work for anyone so I started looking for ways to develop my own business and work from home so that I could have time for my son.

I tried so many programs, if there was an upsell I bought it and for 2 years I was here there and everywhere...I was not settled and neither did I have a program offer up...until April 2022, the game changed for me after coming across an Ad from Russ and watching his webinar. Ok, completely brutally honest review. When I started COD I knew I had something. I knew I could save peoples lives and had had some low paying clients and a blog that was heavily researched and made (some) impact. By the end of COD I thought I had done everything they told me to do. And… it wasn’t working for me. I mean, it was such a test. For almost 4 years I was growing. I went from $400 in 4 months to around $17k in 4 months. Then, I doubled it in a year and I doubled it again. Not a lot. At least, not in my mind. And I was looking for all of the reasons why I wasn’t winning. Haha. Regardless, I buckled down and listened through the program and trainings again and again and again and again. Then, I started to do the transformational, world-class mindset techniques they were telling me to do. Instead of just doing the technical stuff (which is awesome, btw). Like, actually doing them… not just checking off boxes. Over a course of a few months my wife got on board, too, with the mindset work. We made it a ritual. I previously wrote a negative review for reasons I will outline below, but after some solid support from the COD team following my review, I am revising the review.

The program and customer support isn't perfect--it has some strengths and weaknesses. However, you can tell they really care about their customers and they're open to feedback.

You can potentially make a lot of money with CODs system, or conversely lose a lot of money, too. I paid about ~18-20k CAD including the ads, and made back 6.5k. Despite not making back my investment, I don't regret the decision to join COD per se, as the system they teach is cool, and especially because I loved working with the client I signed.

Solid Support Following Review

To COD's credit, after my negative review, they helped out with my funnel (shout out to Rory), and it was solid support. Following that, my funnel got 2 sales calls a week spending the minimum of $25/a day, which are really good stats. I didn't make any sales, but that might improve if I brush up on my mindset + sales call skills.

Vulnerability to Technical Changes / Customer Support Response

During the fall of 2021 FB made changes to their system (expanded targeting), which meant the original system COD endorsed in 2021 would no longer work.

So for people graduating who wouldn't have access to the live trainings anymore, they wouldn't get guidance on what to do with the new system.

I only got an update after asking in Dec 2021 in a momentum call and also in March in an email, one follow-up email was ignored, and it ended up being ~May 2022 when the update was announced.

I think its okay if there's a challenge with the update, but it should have been communicated better - during Oct - May there was no guidance on what to do with the changes, which made the existing funnel useless -- unless you paid 20k for the follow-up program.

My experience with customer support post-graduation is you sometimes get a response, sometimes not. They do explicitly say there is no coaching after graduation, but there are some things the existing content may not cover, such as technical changes, ad fatigue, etc.

I get not having live coaching, but I think if you drop 10k+ on a program, the content should cover these issues that may come up. And if not, customer support should at the very least address it.

I wish it didn't take writing a negative review to get a decent response. However, after I spoke with Jayne, she mentioned changing that so maybe things are different now.

it's a combination of your own hard work, but also factors outside of your control. Customer service, if you need it, might be great post-graduation, or might not be! weigh the pros and cons and decide if it's a bet that you're willing to take.

Recently (Sept 2022), Russ announced a challenge specifically for grads who weren't so successful post-graduation, which I thought was great. I've signed up for the challenge, and we'll see how it goes!

COD has been a life changer for me. I’m so grateful for the personal and professional changes and development that have come about in me because of their work. COD is the real deal in support of all things from the nuts and bolts of technology to the mindset shifts required to be a fully ignited leader serving my clients. I highly recommend COD, they are outstanding!

How to sum up how transformational this program is...

They serve their clients at a level like no other program I have ever been a part of.

They are uber focused on delivering outcomes and getting results, but never at the expense of not being human.

In fact, this is a major cornerstone of this company and the principles they embrace, focus on, example, and teach.

If you are looking to develop your business to 6 or 7 figures a year. This is it. I started with a 5 figure annual business and am on track to scale to 7 figures!! The best part is I have learned to serve my clients at such a higher level than I was before or had even conceptualized before COD.

Enroll. It will be the best decision you ever made for your business, clients, yourself, and your family.

Wow! What can I say in a paragraph. Do it. Don’t overthink it. If you know you have a skill set that can help people, and you desire to make a difference in the world, AND people really need to hear what you have to offer “bleeding neck problem,” then look no further for your best connection to help them. This is the best company to help you be heard, and get paid what you’re worth while doing it. Beware! Not for the faint of heart or the uncommitted.

I wasn’t sure at first if this was real but I have to say.AMAZING! I have never meet so many amazing people so dedicated to helping me succeed. Clients On Demand was a very well structured program. It emphasises transformation rather than just "information" and that emphasis means that you get momentum AND results very quickly. The program sweeps you up in its momentum and launches you fast and effectively. This is perfect because too often we hide behind "analyses"... and nothing gets done. COD is very much an entrepreneur's program - action, results, assessment, repeat. It's not the cheapest in the world - but for good reason - results take commitment, and there is no better way to demonstrate commitment to yourself than by investing in yourself. I cannot thank the team at COD enough for how much I learned coming through the program. Everything from outlining my program, helping me with copywriting, creating a webinar, the DFY service that set up an AMAZING funnel, how to enroll clients with a set process to go through on sales calls, creating Facebook ads and so much more.

It was one of the better decisions I have ever made and I am so grateful to have gone through the program. While the $50k I brought in the first month after COD is nice, for me it's truly all about the impact that I will now be able to have on the next generation of athletes when it comes to the mental side of the game.
