I have worked with Client Server over 8 years and have built up a great relationship with the organisation. Adam Jukes is extremely professional and he has helped us attract the best talent, he asks the right questions, takes time to understand our needs and comes up with the best solutions. I am mostly impressed with how seriously they take D&I and how this has positively impacted our recruitment strategy.

Over the last 25 years, I've found great new roles twice with Client Server. The Client Server maintained a high level of professionalism throughout the entire process. Communication was clear, timely, and transparent. In particular, I am the most happiest with how recruiting team demonstrated a thorough understanding of both the job requirements and my qualifications. Storm helped me to secure a role within a couple of weeks of us first talking. She guided me through the process and gave me really good feedback throughout. The process was all managed remotely, allowing me to focus on the interview process without having to second guess anything.

The team at Client Server are very knowledgeable in terms of the market, role and as well as the candidate. I have been successfully placed in a role following Nick's fantastic support and preparation. His overview of the role was very informative and honest and I was able to have an open conversation with the hiring manager in order to ensure that I was right for the role and our goals and expectations align.

I can say only positive things about my experience with Client Server and Toby Holmes, in particular. With Toby's assistance, I have found a new interesting job in a good company. It was a difficult process of going through multiple interview stages. I always felt supported by Toby who did a great job to guide me through those interview stages providing me with feedbacks from previous candidates, behavior recommendations and possible interview questions and answers. Good communication, really valuable help.

Good communication from Lucy Wright all the way through the process. She provided useful insights at every stage and helped me navigate awkward parts of interview process.

They just ignored me after 2 calls. I applied to one of the positions and they told me I was a great fit. After 1 month I got no info and when I tried to contact them multiple times they just ghosted me. really bad experience, not recommended.

Excellent, friendly recruiter Nick helped me find a better job. I had a couple of calls before the recruitment process. He described the company in detail, was able to answer any of my questions, and told me what to expect from the interview. Later on, he contacted me and asked about my experience with the new company. All of the calls from Nick were scheduled at times that suited me. Overall, very nice process; I highly recommend!

Ed has taken very well care of the process, not only at the beginning or during the process, but also when I started to check everything was up to my expectations. His level of attention is incredible, I even received a call from him when he was sick to check everything was on track! I can only recommend Client Server, and more specifically Ed.

The worst recruitment agency I've encountered.
(1) I had a first recruiter calling me very early morning twice after I sent my CV, who did not even pick up their phone when I tried calling back or replied to my email to schedule a call
(2) The other recruiters will call you 3+ times a day
(3) They will ask you the same questions over and over again while calling you several times a day
(4) They do not care about your placement, and if you will be successful there, and they will pressure you to take decisions on the call instantly
If you are a business thinking of working with ClientServer, please, for the sake of your candidates and your hopes of hiring, run away. There are plenty of competent recruiters elsewhere

EDIT: ClientServer's rating was 2.6 5 months ago. They must have spent a fair amount on bots to boost those stats.

Communication with Lucy throughout the entire interview process was fantastic, with clarity towards all steps in the interview process as well as consistent support during the stages. The interviews ended with a great offer with a great company who I am now working alongside! Had a really good experience with Client Server. My contact point was Ed. He is very approachable and professional. I highly recommend him and Client Server.

I started looking for a new job last year, and was getting contacted by a lot of recruiters, offering me jobs that didn't match my requirements. Then Libby called me from Client Server, and seemed to actually care about what I was looking for in a job. Her and Adrian were really responsive, and answered any questions I had really quickly.

I've been at my new job for about 5 months now, and Libby has checked in to make sure I'm still enjoying it – and I am!
