Two recent money withdrawals from Clickworker balance to my Payoneer account were not credited and had "pending" status. One payment was cancelled. Clickworker blames Payoneer and Payoneer blames Clickworker. Clickworker resent me cancelled payment. It is in "pending" status until the next cancellation.

I rarely ever have any issue and never with getting paid! They stay on top of updates, work flow, emails sent with concerns, help or anything else. I've always had some form of quick few dollars to make when checking my job section! I always look forward to what's in store for me the day I decide to put some time aside for some tasks! I've been with Clickworker now for almost a year or more and I don't regret anything except not finding out about them sooner! Who doesn't want to be apart of what's making AI great nowadays? Exactly!

The process of opening an account went wrong due to a sync problem between the app and the website. My account was suspended and it took days and 2 emails for the support to communicate with me. This resulted in a last email stating I have to send them my full identity pack (passport, id card etc). Totally ridiculous and over the top really. The reason was: illegitimate use of the platform.
This is how identity theft could start.....

In general I'm satisfied. But there are two things which are really bugging me:
1. There are many more jobs for the Desktop version than there are for the app. I think it needs to be otherwise since most of people tend to do the surveys in a rather short spare time than as a real side hustle staying on the PC for hours. That's really something that needs to be worked on.
2. The surveys on partner websites aren't really working. You'll be spending way too much time just for them to tell you "you're not qualified for the job". Mostly you actually answer the questions concerning the topic which leads to me thinking most of the partner websites are scam. And then they will give you little biscuits of maybe 3ct for trying and not what they actually promised. I think clickworker needs to have a look over them.
Nonetheless, great app. I didn't receive my first payment yet but I was able to make around 20€ in the first 2-3 days which is pretty good. The customer service is also great and fast.

This is a dishonest website. You will make money more easy at the first few jobs. After that you will kick out by the system when you finished the surveys every time automatically. That mean you work for them but no pay!

Tasks are easy even sometimes I can't get through due to some aren't suitable for me.
Just that hopefully all tasks will be available to both android and PC and not just only limited to PC only. And the support are quick to respond and solve the issues.

For a while I have been working on the UHRS app, and it has become a second income for me which has been amazing. However recently, the HIT tasks for the Mobile Scenario has not been transferring over from UHRS.ai, so I have not been able to work it. For example: on UHRS.ai it will show there’s 1.5k tasks on the mobile scenario HIT, but on the mobile UHRS it only shows 20 tasks or it will show zero. I am having to look for other work now.

Its been some years i´ been with clickwork, and my favorite things are that there were never any serious payment delay issue, and also the suport team answer any questions we have in a short period of time, and its always so atencious and helpful that makes me feel very secure and being valued

They pay me so far so good. Their support is excellent. Until now, I have continued to be with them, only, UHRS needs to be improved. The availability of assignments needs to be improved.

The best thing about you is your quick response to any issue, but there is a small market you have, you will need to increase your market and get more buyers for your site, the other thing may or may not be a problem but the time required to verify the payment is too much for example it takes 40 days to verify a small task from UHRS what is this really? you need to reduce this time gap at least 20 days, one week to add the payment to the account and two weeks to verify it, this is the normal of modern companies and the shorter the verification time need the more credible, reliable and accurate you are. We are in the age of time. The faster your response the better it is for the image of the company.
