It was very difficult to register because the webpage wasn't working properly. Once I could do it, I started to do some surveys, they were looong and they didn't add anything to my balance.

Do not waste your time. The pay is simply ridiculous, as they pay CENTS for most of tasks. Other alternatives such as Data Annotation or Outlier pay as much as 24 USD per hour.

it is fake and scam. when i complete to register the account, then deactivate the account. second request the personal data and bank statement. very terrible. "Unfortunately, we had to temporarily suspend your account.
Our security checks have discovered an inconsistency within your Clickworker account. This could have a harmless and explicable reason, but at this point in time we also have to consider an illegitimate use of our platform. Before we can reactivate your account, we need to make sure that the person using the account is in fact the same person the account was registered on and that the provided information is correct. Why is this necessary? Unfortunately, fake accounts are a growing issue on clickworker.com. The integrity of our workers is of key importance for us and only legitimate Clickworkers have access to clickworker.com and UHRS. We ask for your understanding and assistance and ask you to send us documents of your choice that are suitable to prove:
your identity (e.g. a copy of your passport, ID, drivers licence, etc.) and
your address as stated in your profile (e.g. a copy of a letter, parcel, bill, bank statement, etc. that has this address on it and is not older than 3 months).
If you are a US citizen, a copy of your SSN card
Whatever documents you choose, please make sure that the quality is good enough to properly read and understand the information on it and that they are fully visible (no cut-off parts or edges). Feel free to blacken out information that is not important for our purpose.
Please follow these steps to submit your documents:
Visit our helpdesk at
Click on the "New Support Ticket" option.
Confirm the question: "Are you a registered Clickworker?" with "Yes”.
Fill in the mandatory field "Username or ID".
Chose the following topic on “My issue is related to”:
“Suspension” and subtopics:
—> “I want to submit personal documents”
—> “Identity + Location” or “Identity + Location + SSN proof” (if you are a US citizen).
Add your "Email" address that you used to register with Clickworker (mandatory).
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation and apologise for the inconvenience caused by these measures.
Best regards,
Your clickworker team"

This site is a personal data farm. If you value any of your private information (voice, image family details etc.) I would not waste any of your time.

They present themselves as easy to use blah blah blah but increasingly ask for personal (VERY personal and private) information.
Then, when you try to contact them they say “oh, raise a ticket” Then when you reply to them they say “oh, this ticket is closed, we close all tickets after 72 hours” even if you reply within minutes.
I’ve made formal GDPR requests to have my data deleted after I realised the site is a scam, but they just keep closing me out and not responding properly.
I hate those reviews that say avoid in caps (AVOID!!!) but, yeah. Do this.

Clickworker permanently suspended my account without any mail or warning, and all of the funds in it were lost. The reason was that you created multiple accounts, which I never did. I contacted support, but there was no reply. It took me almost three months to get my funds payable and exactly when I asked to withdraw my funds to my account they suspended me.
They also remove any bad reviews about them on Reddit or their social media page. There was almost $200 in my account and it me 3 months to get there just to get scammed by them. Also, there is zero work in their platform and I never earned a single penny from clickworker all of my earnings were from UHRS. I will say they are pretty shady Not giving proof and outright permanently suspending account is a big fraud

I have been working on UHRS via Clickworker for a long time, maintaining high accuracy rates and strictly following all guidelines and instructions. However, I was suddenly unjustly banned from multiple tasks without any prior warning or clear explanation!
When I reached out to Clickworker for assistance, I encountered the following issues:
Continuous delays and unjustified response times.
Evasive and illogical replies to avoid accountability.
Support tickets being closed prematurely before I could respond or provide further evidence.
Refusal to escalate my case to UHRS or Microsoft, despite my providing solid evidence proving I was wrongfully banned.
I have screenshots and messages that clearly prove Clickworker deliberately delays responses and provides no real support. Instead, they shut down tickets early to avoid responsibility!
How can Clickworker serve as an intermediary between users and UHRS while at the same time refusing to defend users or escalate valid disputes when there is strong evidence of unfair treatment? If I am not allowed to communicate with UHRS directly, who is responsible for ensuring fairness?
This behavior is unprofessional, non-transparent, and completely unfair, and it damages Clickworker’s own reputation. I will not stop escalating this issue—I will reach out directly to Microsoft and relevant authorities and will continue sharing my experience across all platforms until this is properly addressed.
If you are considering working with Clickworker, think twice—because you could suddenly find yourself banned for no reason, with no real support to help you!
.
Update..
.
This response from Clickworker is an absolute evasion of responsibility. Clickworker claims that they only host UHRS projects and have no control over bans or task distributions. However, Clickworker is the vendor responsible for handling all communications between freelancers and UHRS.
Clickworker prevents freelancers from directly contacting UHRS, meaning workers rely entirely on Clickworker to escalate unfair bans. Yet, they refuse to escalate legitimate complaints and close tickets before deadlines to avoid dealing with them. I have screenshots proving this.
Clickworker does intervene in UHRS bans when they want to. There are cases where they help some workers regain access, but for others, they dismiss them with copy-paste responses like this one. This selective treatment is unethical.
They say bans are justified, yet they refuse to provide any details or evidence for these bans. How can UHRS claim my performance was poor if I was receiving high accuracy scores? I have screenshots proving that my performance was good, yet I was banned permanently from multiple tasks at once.
If Clickworker has no control over UHRS bans, why do they claim to have access to basic information? They should at least provide details about why a freelancer was banned instead of blindly defending UHRS.
Suggesting that we "give feedback using the smiley icon" is an insult to affected freelancers. This feature does not escalate cases nor provide resolutions—it is a feedback form that leads nowhere.
Clickworker needs to take real responsibility for the freelancers working under them and demand proper answers from UHRS instead of treating workers as disposable.
I will continue raising awareness about this situation across multiple platforms until Clickworker acknowledges its role in enabling unfair bans and provides transparency in handling disputes.

My account was closed despite presenting a government ID that matched the name and account information, and I was treated with racism through the mail,Then they deleted my account forever without giving any reason. It seems because I am Palestinian !

Where do I start
1 - jobs pay you 0.03 for a 20 min survey for which u might get kicked out after 10 min
2 - no jobs just surveys, and not that many
3 - phone apps/games that pay you between 0.03 and 4 dollars for games that either require level 500 in game, either to pay in game stuff of 2-3 more dollars to get 3 euro
4 no customer support just "helpdesk" tickets that cannot even be sent -i'm a teck savvy, ad blockers off, tried on several browser
5 literally waste of time

I joined Clickworker in the hope of earning some extra money from home. Sign up was easy, 6 training tasks were quick and easy but then it all went downhill from there. I tried the assessment to open UHRS jobs and was told you need a Microsoft account. Added my own account, didn't work. Set up a prescribed account, didn't work. So I had no way of accessing these extra jobs.
So then I tried accessing some of the external survey sites to earn some money. Accessed these just fine, got close to the end of the survey and they screened me out, they are basically farming info from users without paying up.
Finally I had enough and decided to deactivate my account and of course the deactivate button does not work! The whole site is an absolute waste of time!
*The reply below from clickworker is a generic response. If they had read my review properly they would see I tried to use the prescribed account and that didn't work either. Also regarding being screened out of surveys, the point is they take a lot of information from you before being screened out. It is a con. Do not use.

I'm absolutely thrilled to have been accused of submitting spams a few times, leading to permanently suspended. I must say, I’m impressed by the platform’s ability to detect spam with such precision, even when it’s actually legitimate content created by the user themselves. It’s a truly remarkable feat of technology and human ingenuity. So, to anyone considering using this platform, I highly recommend it. The experience is truly one-of-a-kind, and you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy the thrill of being falsely accused and having your content misrepresented.

Company policies mandate the use of legal names for account names. You'll be lied to and told thats a legal requirement. It isn't. Its a company policy. Any mediocre programmer can add a preferred name field in under an hour. Its pure laziness and greed that prevents them from updating the policy. They won't hire a mediocre programmer as evident by the bymber of bugs even trying to get through the orientation tasks! You can't record audio because in a silent, insulated space it will imagine insane levels of background noise. You can't add photos. Half the time, the submit button vanishes. I gave up on this app within half an hour of use because it barely functions. Combining nonexistent functionality with dishonesty and outdated policies makes this app horrible.
