Total scam, every time you select a survey you receive a message saying that you are eligible. Half way through the survey, usually after they ask all the personal info, suddenly you are ruled out for no reason specified and you get nothing, zero! Absolutely scam, they should be investigated for stealing sensitive data.

I got stuck in a survey that was supposed to take 4 minutes, but ended up taking 30… in the end, I just closed the window. Totally misleading.

This company will take your information, will waste your time, and they won't give you any support. If you have an issue they will say to open a ticket but then the support person is clueless how to fix anything, will argue with you that the problem is not really a problem, Then they will just close the ticket and act like everything is okay. This company is based in Germany, I encourage everyone to stay away and anyone that has been victim to this company should file a report with Verbraucherzentrale (Consumer Advice Centre) in Germany. Someone needs to hold these scam artist accountable!!!!!!

Rip of
For the first two days i had passive income of 30-40€.
You have to make a deposit of 50€ to work, they say you can earn 70-110€ a day, but you make much less of constant deposits.
For the 3rd day the had "New Years Bonus", you make s deposit of 200€ to get 280€, 300€ for 450€, 500€ for 800€ and lastly 1000€ for 1700€.
I haven't joined this campaign, so i could have passive income as much as possible.
But the company "random" decided to give me a lot of bonuses, so from 60€ on my app account i got 6000€.
This is much bigger amount then everyone who joined the "New Year Bonus".
They have "Exclusive compaign" so you have compaign for 10% comission, and this compaign eats your account money, so you need make another deposit. I've deposit of 1775€ to get the money back.
Support only congratulates on "Exclusive companies " and doesn't help with such situation, and only push you to ask money from others to give them back extra thank you.
Don't waste your time and nerves on this.
There's no such thing as a free lunch

My experience with clickworker is very bad, I have worked and not get paid many times, I believe it was because I kept making mistakes on my identity, instead of using the clickworker id, I kept on using my Gmail, even after all the payments that were not sent, I managed to get to the point of being paid. From saying my documents were wrong, to permanently deactivating my account claiming they don't want fake clickworkers, I have sent mails explaining to them that every name they saw was my name, I had just used different names on different occasions, showed ID proofs too. I just guess they are being mean to Africans. I accept the fact they deleted my account but please I need my payment, I have been working for months and it wants to end this way, that's not fair.

I recently completed Tastk Step Into Digital Identity! - Workitem #46838877.
The task was initially under review, then it was rejected and I was asked to make some modifications. I made the requested changes and resubmitted it.
After resubmission, the task went back under review with a pending balance of €15. However, the task has now completely disappeared from my account, and the pending payment is no longer visible.
I would appreciate clarification on what happened to the task and the pending payment, since I cannot find any record of it in my account.

They act like they offer work for surveys, but they won't actually let you do any. You get "screened out" as soon as you click on anything. Anything at all. And other then these fake surveys they won't let you take, there are no jobs, no assessments to take. Nothing. And customer service just sends you to a FAQ that was unhelpful to begin with. They don't actually offer jobs, I don't know what this site actually does.

Good platform but the withdrawal process sucks 😔
How can I work for £10.1 and end up getting 6USDT to the final destination
First I got charged for sign up fee to their own in-house global wallet for £0.95 and £0.95 for monthly maintenance fee instantly.
Secondly, moving the balance from the global wallet to crypto, I got charged with 3USD. It's feels like my effort is a waste of time. Other platform like Coinpayu, Crowdgen, microworker and Timebuck can allow users to withdraw directly to crypto or platform like AIRTM from the task platform without delay. you guys should level u please .

Clickworker permanently suspended my account for “multiple accounts” after I updated my PayPal for verification. I have only one account. This decision is final, and they stole my earnings.
The platform’s system is broken and unfair, flagging users incorrectly. Support refuses to investigate even obvious technical errors. Avoid Clickworker if you value your time and money.

Clickworker is stuck in the past. They reject official, verifiable digital documents and demand physical mail in 2026, which is absurd. Their support is purely robotic; they completely ignore specific legal inquiries and GDPR concerns, replying only with the same templates. It feels like a deliberate tactic to avoid paying out earned money. Unprofessional and a waste of time.

Clickworker is a scam. You will spend 10 minutes or more being “prescreened” and the accepted for a job (they’ll even state that you meet all the criteria to participate). Then you’ll spend 10-15 minutes answering questions about your race, gender, age, spending habits, apps and shows you watch or use, insurance you have, cars you own, sports you watch etc etc etc. Essentially giving them a huge data set. Then, without cause or warning, you will be “screened out” mid job. This is UNETHICAL DATA FARMING AND YOU ARE NOT COMPENSATED FOR IT. THEY DO NOT PAY. Avoid Clickworker at all costs.

complete waste of time, you dont qualify for any of the surveys, even though youve answered 3 questions

Activated my account and then suspended and literally 30 seconds after the account was verified as active. No wonder there's a 3.2 score for this company.
Update: am unable to log in to submit a ticket because I am suspended. I have tried several times from 2 different devices to contact support from the homepage, and there seems to be some sort of issue. I am able to see and access all other areas of the site. Open to any suggestions...

Scam. You cannot make any money on this. You would be better off working at a convenience store/fast food, at least you are paid fairly. The time and effort needed to do the tasks they request do not justify the mere pennies you are paid for them. Who wants to put in hours of time only to make 50 cents?? It's a rip off.

I was the victim of a well-organized scam, and I want to share my experience so that others can avoid falling into the same trap.
The scammer contacted me and offered an online job on a fake “clickwork” platform, claiming that I could earn money easily. On the first day, everything seemed legitimate: I completed the tasks and actually earned a small amount of money. This was done to gain my trust. After that, they told me that in order to earn more, I needed to make a deposit. They promised higher profits with each deposit. However, every time I deposited money, they asked for even more, saying it was necessary to “finish the work” or “unlock” my earnings.
They then mentioned an exclusive campaign, claiming that the commission would be multiplied by 10 if I continued depositing money. Each time, they said it was the final payment, but there was always another request.
In the end, I was never able to withdraw my money or the promised earnings. I later realized it was a scam based on manipulation, psychological pressure, and false promises of fast profits.
I am sharing this to warn others: do not start any job unless you are sure it is a legitimate platform, and never deposit money to get paid.

I lost 2,253 euros in this company. I was told that I would earn 100/200 euros per day. I worked for two days. And on the third day I received three exclusive campaigns, which I completed successfullly, but on the 30th campaign in my last campaign, I received another golden egg campaign. How is this possible?! The amount was -5554. How could I give such a big amount to a company like that. I informed everyone of the clickworker company: the owner, the admin and my agent too. But nobody didn't help me because of fund related issue. WHY?
Is entered this company to work and also I didn't have an option to not do the campaigns. I've already deposited a lot of money and going through a finacial crisis also with my family. Anyone in this company NEEDS to help ME, so I can have my money back!

Do not waste your time with this site. The training videos and instructions for many of the jobs do not provide full details on how to fully submit a completed job. For instance, I completed three Clobotics REA jobs where I drove many miles to take pictures of various stores. I submitted them through the Clobotics REA and was never paid. Only to be informed by clickworker that the pics needed to be submitted to the clickworker app. However, the training videos did not discuss this and the pictures taken were submitted directly to Clobotics REA, but never saved to my phone. With that said Clobotics REA got what they needed and clickworker is unable to pay me because they don’t have the pictures. The site is pretty bogus. I work a job for Outlier.ai making $15 an hour during my free time and I’m paid weekly. Clickworker is a sham site and a waste of gas and time. Beware
