Overall it's a great platform to use! Previously our company used Wrike, then we switched to ClickUp. We switched mainly because of the price. The platform its self does everything that we would want/... See more

The worst tool currently on the market
The worst tool currently on the market. Practically unusable — slow, extremely slow.
On Safari it basically doesn’t work at all. The new UIs they keep releasing are broken, and if you happen to have a public blocklist enabled with Pi-hole or Little Snitch, parts of the dashboard simply disappear.
But the most terrible thing is the loading time: well over 10 seconds just to load pages, which often get stuck in an infinite loop and never finish loading. Gigabytes of pages get loaded into memory for no apparent reason.
They proudly boast on social media about things like “100 Billion tokens later, OpenAI sent us a plaque.” In my opinion, this only means the codebase is a mess — nothing is really being controlled by humans anymore. I’m sure there are layers of code that are “vibe coded” in their codebase that, instead of fixing issues, just keep generating more and more bugs.
I have honestly never seen something this badly made.
We like it, but it's not perfect
We really like the UI, it’s a real eye candy, but the app’s speed is so irritating. There also seems to be an issue with synchronization between PC and smartphones. Sometimes I message the developers asking why a task isn’t progressing, only to find out it’s already finished and just isn’t displaying correctly. Hope they fix it as soon as possible.
Very great social media team
I have not used the app once, but from the ads, it seems great and i would use it as a work app if i had a lot of work to do. The ads are also bery funny and professional at the same time. 5 Stars!
Hate it
Hate it, super slow, not useful, developers hate it and give a lot of resistance on it's usage
After 4 years of Click Up i wrote it on my own: in 2 days
Slow, full of advertisment, doesn't syncronisze correctly between devices.
If you expect to get a good running software you are wrong. In the beginning of my usage the product was nice. But the development went into the direction that they offer more unasked services by windows / advertisments. There came more buttons and windows and more buttons and windows that were not necessary. Today you need an organize tool to organize ClickUp. I wrote it on my own with ai in 2 days and have a perfect fast running system now that does for what i wanted to pay - but now i have it for free.
Extremely convenient
Extremely convenient
But dont ask the AI for instructions within the app itself as the AI is very confused on what exists in the websites own interface
Overall Great product
Overall Great product. I've been using them for a while now and I think it's one of the best project management tools there is. Definitely would recommend them!
its trash
ClickUp is one of those tools that looks impressive on paper but turns into a nightmare in reality. The interface is cluttered with too many features that no one asked for, making it feel like you are lost in a maze with no exit. The performance is painfully slow, as if it is running on a dial-up connection from the 90s, and the mobile app crashes more often than not. Customer support is practically non-existent, leaving you stranded when you need help the most. The free plan is a trap, luring you in with basic features only to hit you with expensive upgrades when you need something useful. Bugs and glitches are a constant companion, making you question why you even bothered with it in the first place. For someone in Pakistan, where simplicity and reliability are key, ClickUp is just not worth the headache. Trello or Notion would be a far better choice, saving you time, money, and a lot of unnecessary stress.
The power of click up 4.0 is awesome
The power of click up 4.0 is awesome. Looking forward to the roadmap for click up. Only improvement I would recommend is better UI and functionality with whiteboards.
It's a productivity platform that slows…
It's a productivity platform that slows you down.
Overbloated, far too many options, terrible customer service. They are uninformed and insanely slow.
Our 2 year experience into Click-up
We have been using ClickUp for 2 years now and it has been standing in our way constantly
* You can't edit Sprint Dates
* The board constantly crashes / does not load
* The mobile support is terrible, making it so we need to be on the computer to 'finish' the documentation we started
* Setting up permissions for various users / roles is impossible. The configurations don't do anything. They can do everything.. or can't see anything..
* While working on a document, sometimes it just dissapears when you have a network hick-up and throws away everything you have been working on
We migrated everything to codecks and it feels like we can 'breathe' again..
We are happy with certain overviews, but those are the 'basic' expectations for a Sprint Board..
Greater platform to use all in one
Tool for all team
I've had a positive experience- we switched to ClickUp from Jira + Asana, this is saving us costs, it is centralizing all our work in one place, and I keep discovering new features of ClickUp. I'd appreciate any paid account to have all the featrues available on forms, dashboards etc, but we are managing without for now.
Awful company
Awful company to deal with. Charge you without warning. You can get better free alternatives.
Tell Mango technologies to better…
Tell Mango technologies to better target your audience, spamming users on Youtube with your ads for months. I CANNOT stand seeing your brand. Discarded you first for spammy ads. Also reported to google. And thank to that we went with ASANA pro, after testing your clickup trial.
awful as an app
ClickUp helps me turn chaos into clarity
ClickUp keeps my projects dancing! It’s fast, flexible, and helps me turn chaos into clarity. Less stress, more productivity - love it!
A Perfect All-in-One Solution for Companies
ClickUp is one of the best solutions for companies looking to streamline processes, improve collaboration, and manage work efficiently. It offers powerful features, flexible customization, and an intuitive interface that makes it easy for teams to stay organized and productive. Highly recommended for any business that wants to optimize workflow and keep everything in one place.
Support lack knowledge, software lacks functionality
Support lack knowledge and simply lie to get you to upgrade. I was told that if I upgrade the functionality I wanted would be available. It literally doesn't exist and is only a suggestion in the user submitted requests. The software lacks basic functionality you would expect of project management software, even on the paid tier. There are apps out there that have everything clickup does on it's paid tiers for free. The limits, even on the paid tier, are too severe to run a small company. Can't filter or export timesheets, limited task automations. It's just not very good.
This platform is a complete disaster.
This platform is a complete disaster.
Starting my company with ClickUp was one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made.
Avoid it at all costs and look for another solution — literally anything else will be better.
Even building your own internal system makes more sense than dealing with this mess.
The paid packages are a scam. Don’t waste a single penny on ClickUp.
