This is the clicktotrip comp who ripped us off. Still no refund empty promises like no flight tickets. Avoid at all costs. Apologies for previous review of wrong company. I have reviewed the correct company this time even included their address in Belfast if the other company clicktrip would read properly and remove their comments

Customer service promptly (~4 hr) help me linked my hotel booking in Newport News, VA to my account. Customer service. They also verified the booking with the hotel and provide me with the hotel's confirmation number. I am very satisfied and would be happy to do business with them again.

Our Click Trip Service Manager, Aaron Ayden, made my recent experience booking a hotel room a successful and pleasant experience. I was having trouble getting my credit card approved-- after returning to the booking page to make sure my dates were correct-- the website refused to approve my credit card. Knowing my credit was good, I asked Aaron to help me get the card approved so I could book my preferred hotel. Aaron spent a good deal of time with me, made a few calls and within a 1/2 hour my card was approved and my hotel was reserved at a great price!

I was a little worried that the reservation didn't come through (the low price seemed to good to be true) so i contacted the hotel. They could only see one of two reservations. I wrote Clicktrip an email and got a reply within minutes to give them some time to sort things out. Within 2 hours I got confirmation that both booking were okay with the name of the hotel representative Clicktrip spoke to. Great Service!!
