We had to wait 20 minutes at the airport until they got our express service organised (no more than 4 drop off's). Then when we did get onto a mini bus the driver went 500 yards straight into the filling station to get some fuel. Why he didn't do this before he picked us up I don't know.
The return journey was uneventful other than the drivers seat belt did not retract back when he left the vehicle to put cases into the back of the mini bus. It just hung out of the door & he pushed it back when he got back into his seat.

Could'nt have been more simple,and the cost even better

could not fault the great service .Quality taxis on both pick up from airport and hotel.We also liked the fact that the return times were alredy arranged so we did not have to ring with a confirmation later in the holiday.

Could not fault the service. The drivers were courteous and friendly and spot on time for the return journey to the airport. I would happily recommend
this company to anyone with assurance. At the airport the driver took care of our baggage to the taxi and happy to do so.

Easy to book on line, pick up times for my return sent in advance. very cheap and a good service.

A 20minute journey took over two hours on a coach on arrival.
I booked a mini bus no more than four stops.
Ended up on a coach stopping all over the place.
A normally satisfied customer very tired and angry.
It was ok going back.

Staff were at the airport with my name on a card.
They were very polite and friendly.
I had requested a booster seat for my 5 year old.
There was one when they collected us but the return Journey there was not, even though I had reminded them when I called to confirm my return pick up.
This was not the fault of the driver, but poor communication at the office.

We arranged our transfer from Tenerife South airport to Los Gigantes. Only had to wait a couple of minutes for our driver, who helped us with our luggage and got us to our destination with no trouble at all. Likewise, pick up was just as good, in fact the driver arrived about 15 minutes early. Again, he helped with the luggage and got us to the airport with plenty of time to spare. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Clicktransfers, in fact our son and his family are using them when they go to Tenerife next week.

The return transfer from El Gouna to Hurghada airport... company wanted to pick us up 4 hours and 40 mins before our flight as this suited their schedule better, total disregard to customers wanting to enjoy the last few hours before returning home, rather than being stuck in an airport hours before the flight. contacted them to reschedule pick up time, very unhelpful and abrupt, not possible was the reply, emailed clicktransfers in the UK at 8am the day before departure, response was received too little too late and in any event only to inform that we would be picked up 20 mins later than previously told

Still.... no chance of missing your flight when you arrive at the airport 4 hours before departure !!

well don't know were to start ..was not goin to bother goin with you any more ..2 bad experiences now .. this year we paid for 4 pick ups so it would be quicker ..we were waiting for 30 to 45 minutes before we went to mini bus ..then ther was 3 drop offs .which was ok ..but the return transfer was horrendous .. we were first pick up and it was a coach so I knew there would be more than 4 pick ups what we paid extra ..I asked the driver he replied only 20 minutes to the airport .which was a lie. we went to playa Americas ..was goin around to different hotels ..we had 8 pickups .. but to top it all one of the pick ups was a couple got on in Americas then driver stopped at a rent office .. for 10 minutes ..by this time we were getting worried about we were goin to make our flight.. then driver took them all the way to los christianos and dropped them off..there ...which could have done without.. then to the airport ..we got to airport then the security was ridiculous long queus we only just made our flight .. sorry we wont be using you again .. same thing last year ..we "ve used you for a very long time over the years and at least 6 times a year ...that's very good custom I would say ....

On arrival at Sharm el Sheikh the representative was already waiting for us and was polite and professional. He helped us with our luggage to the taxi, and sent us on our way. The driver, again, was polite and professional.
The return journey was much the same. Tha driver found us in the hotel bar, took our cases to the car and took us to the airport with minimal fuss.
All in all an excellent service and I shall certainly use them again.

I have used Click transfers on many occasions and have always found them very reliable and reasonably priced.

The taxi driver was waiting for us at the airport when we arrived, helped with our bags and was very friendly and full of conversation about poland! giving us suggestions of good places to go whilst on our visit to poland. For our journey back to the airport, he arrived five minutes early, again, helped us with our luggage and asked how our trip had been. He was helpful throughout, had great timing and was really reliable.

Booking was easy and the fare very reasonable. The transport was waiting for us when we arrived at the airport and pick up for our return journey was on time. The service was quick and reliable and we will definitely use again.

Very happy with our transfers - I was bit worried as our inbound flight was an hour late but we were met at arrivals as promised.
Added bonus was that both our transfers were on a mini bus with only a few other couples.
Drivers punctual.
Have already recommended to friends.
