The guy is a cheat!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!! I bought 2 cameras from him, he ships them in 2 different packages, 2nd one is send to the wrong address. I ask for a partial refund, he offers less what i paid for half. Than he gets smart when i dont accept the partial refund and offers me full refund if i send him back the 1st camera to Vietnam!!!! Really, really?????? The camera was not shipped from Vietnam it was shipped from US, anyway you want it back, you pay for shipping to Vietnam. He is a scammer!!!!!!
First of all I would like to start out with the item I purchased on this supposedly FL based web site is more than likely being shipped from China. I made my purchase on 04/22/20 assuming that this transaction was a state side one. It was only after viewing my Visa card account activity did it indicate a Chinese connection. On the 28th and not receiving any further information regarding the shipping status I emailed customer service. Their response was "the item has been shipped, give it another couple of days". Wrote customer service on 05/03/20 again requesting status information. That if the item has not been shipped requesting a full refund. On 05/04 when again I received no response, I advised customer service out of a courtesy that I would be pursuing this matter with Visa. Not receiving a response as of 05/05 I filed a complaint with both PayPal and my Visa card provider. Today is the 10th with no further contact with the seller and an open Dispute case.
