This company can improve by stop lying, marvic Lim, and Vanessa Griffith. Purchase their service for 95 cents trial and canceled within an hour and still was charged $69.95 out of my bank account I have the statements to prove it I have all the letters from them from day one Vanessa don't know what she talking about she just trying to cover up so that she can have a paycheck this company no good!! As well as all the other people that's been robbed before me!

What a scam!!! I searched my phones location and it's stuck on detecting phone location still spinning and it's been doing that now for the past 48 minutes!!! It says they have been featured on readers digest, business insider, etc. Whoopty doooo! That clicksearch is nothing but a scam , joke. Waste of funds for sure!!. It's still spinning . It will get nowhere. They ask questions like a fortune teller would so they can pretty much guess where you are. Such bogus garbage!

This company could only improve by being shut down and off of Google search. I'd put my complaint on here however it only matches everyone else. Who said class action suit? My lights have been turned off because my payment was denied. It's automatic withdrawal. I'm bryond aggravated

I was trying to locate my cell phone. The site returned a location and it was 400 miles off base. Then I was charged a whole year subscription, which I suppose is not fraudulent, per se; that I can cancel any time, but they should not have charged up front. Now I have to see how hard it is to actually cancel.

What I want to know is why do the BBB let these people keep stealing from we the people! I thought laws were supposed to be enforced for the fraud that these thieves keep doing over and over??? Could someone please tell me why???

Like everyone else said it's a scam they'll charge ur card for no reason I actually canceled the same day I got it..thank God my bank alerted me and now have refunded me for over 200.00 yes they give u the run around and now I'm going after them full force with a fraud suit with my bank I will turn them to everyone I possibly can..they've burned the wrong person I'm as tenacious as they come..and I don't want it to continue to happen to others..we need a class action lawsuit against them

This website completely ripped me off!! I agreed to pa $0.95 for a 3 day trial of this service to find a stolenPhone. Within minutes, my cashapp card that I used was charged several amounts until it was empty! This was Dec. 3rd and I'm still nowhere as to getting my money back. Total charges were $266.35. I don't recommend using this service. They robbed me.

As like everyone else that wrote a review, they did not help me in any way. I paid .95 cents for trial period of so many days I even forgot. But I canceled within 20 minutes because they did nothing for me. When I went into my checking account and saw that they took out a total of $ 156.47 dollars I flipped out. This happened last month in the beginning of November 2022.I was promised a refund and the one gentleman told me they did refund me it takes a couple day's and if i don't get it they would put a tracer on it. Bull____! I have been ca calling every day and they say, "let me connect you to the billing department " well nobody answer's the phone I waited 20 minutes just for someone to hang up on me. I called back and no one would answer. Since I have been emailing and calling they don't even answer the phone! If I could reach through the phone I would grab them by the neck. This is awful. Don't ANYONE use this joke of a company.. Trust me and the other people who got ripped off!

They charged me $80 and four months later they hang up on me and keep lying to me. I think we need to get a class action law suit.

They charged me over $200 within 4 mins and have lied everytime saying I would be refunded 24-48 hrs
4 weeks now.
She just repeats she's contacted the billing team than hangs up.
IF YOU ENJOYING HAVING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY STOLEN AND THEN WASTING ADDITONAL TIME (YOULL NEVER GET BACK) TALKING TO CON-ARTISTS WITH NO ETHICS,THEN THIS COMPANY IS FOR YOU. IF NOT, AVOID THEM FOR WHAT THEY ARE...A PLAGUE! Additionally, my bank card was hacked by other companies in Hong Kong right after dealing w this company. Coincidence? Maybe..but not likely.

They charged me .$95 for a trial of 3 days and I canceled on the 3rd day and they charged me $9.95 to cancel and my bank account went into the negative and I called them and they were rude and didn't fix the problem and this service is the worst I've ever had in life. People don't use this service and get scammed as all other trials don't charge you for a cancelation fee. I'm angry and pissed with this.

I used clicksearch to try and find my partner's missing phone. The app said it would cost 95cents, so we ran the app. The results turned out to be off by miles, after we finally found the cell phone. PLUS, clicksearch charged me an additional and unexplained $59 and $9.95. It took weeks of phone calls and texts to get these reversed. Lousy company with a lousy product.

This company is horrible. DO NOT FALL FOR IT!!!! They say they will charge $4.95 but what happens is they end up charging $59.85 then you have to request cancellation which is A JOKE. YOU WILL NOT GET IT BACK!!! I was charged the $59.85 then $89.95 and I CANCELLED within minutes and the $$$$ was NOT RETURNED TO MY ACCOUNT and that was weeks ago. HORRIBLE COMPANY. DONT DO IT!!!! Never had a company so horrible to deal with. DEFINITELY DIRTY!! CRUDDY!

Clicksearch has appeared on my bank statement for $19.95 for several months as a debit for their services. I have been charged this fee July, August & September 2022. I have no idea who they are or why I'm being billed for a service I did not sign up for or ever used. I have called them several times at 888-775-7569. I have talked to agents who have assured me that they have cancelled this billing and received confirmation emails that they have cancelled and that the charges would be refunded back to my account in 5 business days. That was 2 months ago and I'm still being charged monthly for something I did not request or even know what it's for. Now when I call all I get is a voice recording that says to leave a message of which no one responds to or calls me back. I want my money put back into my account where you stole it from! I will post this same review on the BBB website as well.

Horrible business they charged me without my permission them when I got ahold of them they have been playing with my money they do whatever is necessary to keep you stalled out by telling you things like it'll be deposited by the end of the day I've been going through this for 2 weeks now and they still have my money and keep giving me the same excuses it's a scam the same girl answers the phone each time and acts like she's someone else this place needs to be caught and shut down

I received an email from this company thanking me for signing up. I immediately emailed back that I didn't sign up for this site and to please cancel anything related to my email and name. I received a follow up email saying that my subscription has been canceled. 3 days later I was reviewing my bank statement and I see a $59.99 charge and 2 days previous a $39.99 charge. I wrote an angry email that I had already stated that I never signed up for this site and I want a refund. They emailed me back stating that I would receive a refund but I'm still waiting. This company has shady business practices.

Please look over reviews before using this place is a freakin joke. The .95 turned into 59.95 and 9.95 two times. Called the same day for a refund said 3-5 days and now two weeks later NO REFUND! This company is nothing but scammers. They don’t even answer my calls now must see it’s me calling and ignore my call. Liars liars liars! Anything to take money from others bunch of lying pieces of crap.

This place is a rip-off. I got the . 95 cent search and after that they charged me 58.95 and the next day took out 9.95 twice. Called and emailed. Same responds day after day. Wait 3 to 5 business days. This was the 9th of July and now it is the 19th. This last time they said they had a system upgrade and will have to manually enter my refund. Yet again another 48 hours. Now I have to close my card to keep them from taking out anymore money. Don't use them!!!

I requested a refund and I have my email that refund is granted to date still have not received a refund nor a phone call back. Therefore I will be reporting this to my attorney General office I'm hopes to completely shut this business down as it's acting Ina fraudulent way . I hope the attorney General office will shut these people down and it's employees fir acting fraudulent and in bad faith

I really have given up. You’d think they would be as good as their word. Go to other sites and read the reviews….NO ONE GETS A REFUND, EVER!!!!!
