Item was required next day but order had not been despatched
Item was required next day and ordered in the morning for next day delivery. We had no information, that the despatch had been delayed. Should have been clearly and immediately communicated. Tracking details had to be requested extra. We went two days without an emergency item, which could have caused severe problems.
Two stars given, as initial price was good. If next day delivery would have worked, then 5 stars were possible.

Great service - 5 stars of!
I can honestly say that since Click Pharmacy have been dispensing our medication we have never had any issues. We get regular phone calls to ensure everything is ok and Osman is always happy, polite and helpful. Having them delivered to our door is great, we both have mobility issues and my husband has dementia and Parkinson's. A five star rating from us both.
