Good reputation, but flawed vouchers and unclear pricing
Their photobooks rate highly on Choice, but their voucher system currently doesn't work properly and they're not clear about pricing.
They don't allow purchaser to specify a voucher recipient, so you end up buying a voucher for yourself. When I contacted customer service, they said I should have been emailed a PDF voucher, while all I got was two copies of the receipt (tax invoice) and a code.
It's annoying that the only voucher value offerred is $150, despite their photobook prices starting a little over $50.
Also, I think it's very poor form when companies aren't transparent about their pricing. The only way to find out extra page costs is to set up a project and, for delivery costs, click through to order.
