Don’t a total scam thay take a deposit of you then change the loan offer and if you don’t take up there offer thay don’t refund you your deposit stay away from these people

Awful service everyone avoid wanted 1500 and still no loannits a scam

Interest rate way above the market rate - trying to contact Click Loans to discuss. Contact number leads to Pepper (underwriters?) who provided Click Loans details. Unable to contact and no response to voice message.
Avoid this lender...

Like many of the other reviews, Click Loans drew me in with a competitive interest rate but have slowly raised this to the point it is no longer anywhere near competitive. Still no word from them regarding the latest RBA rate cut.... Based on my experiences so far I doubt they'll pass it on. The internet banking UI is horribly designed too. Recommend avoiding.

Interest rate started off competitive but then rose over time, with the most recent rise taking it quite above what other lenders were providing. There was no room whatsoever for negotiation to a lower rate. Also, the offset account operates like it's from 1982... transactions take absolutely ages to appear and you're never quite sure of the exact balance due to delays in processing. Online banking is not 24 hours - it doesn't operate from around 11pm till 6am.

Two loans through this company. The second recent experience was a nightmare of delays and errors to sort the start of the loan. Eventually we had it over the line months later. We have since had multiple rate rises and not once have been notified beforehand.

Save yourself the pain and go elsewhere for a loan.

The service when applying for our loan was very good and we also had a representative who held our hand through the process.
We took out 2 loans due to interest rate offered and reviews from so called industry professionals (most likely biased so be careful what info. you base your decision on) - one investment(interest only) and one home loan (principal and interest).
Since taking out loan in early July we have had 2 interest rate increases on both mortgages! One hike less than 30days after taking out loan and another today - which is why I'm writing this review. The interest rates are now over 0.2% interest higher than the advertised rates - dodgy! Given the extra hoops you need to go through to get loans these days I would be very careful choosing Click/Macquarie.
I have started to apply to refinance with another bank - painful.
Service with Click post settlement has been poor - response to my email regarding interest rate hike was 'don't worry interest rate isn't going up much' - well perhaps Click could pay for the increase. And why are you advertising a lower rate on your website - I will tell you why, to lure unsuspecting customers in with an attractive rate and then fleece them by increasing the rates twice in 6months (why do none of the review websites talk about this?) At least the big banks are exposed by media for every move they make, these smaller banks/brokers are hidden. I also sent Click broker another email request some basic info. and still haven't received a response after a couple of weeks..
Click loans is a Macquarie Bank broker.

Be careful to use their offsite account home loan. Everything month they calculate incorrectly since June 2018. They still own me $100 overall. Very confusing system. When I questioned them their staff told me to talk to my finance advisor. Make me laugh.

Applied for investment property loan. Process was very confusing, complicated and took too long. The same information was requested a few times. It looks like they do not know what they are doing. Terrible service. Very unhappy.

Marina has been so Awesome from the day we first spoke on the Phone . She has been very Helpful all so the Customer Service level was High Standard 100% . Misled me on my refinance since November 2017. Had to provide the same documentation over and over again, they didn't know what was happening with the loan from one minute to the next. Months and months of stress. Settlement was supposed to take place on the 16th January 2018, but they didn't obtain the correct payout figure, so it was cancelled. They then rescheduled for the 19th, but this was also cancelled,without consultation or explanation. They then rescheduled for the 24th, which would have cost me hundreds of dollars more in interest from my current lender. I left them a negative review after months of stress, and they then decided to withdraw their services. Misleading, incompetent and unprofessional. Go elsewhere.

Their service is very simple, fast, but solid. They may ask a little bit more documents than big banks but it shows they do a proper job. I don’t need to wait for long time like big banks do. Very efficient. They came to my office to do identification. It saves me a lot of time. Their rate is good. I get what they promised. Happy for their services.

Just took them 4 months to approve my loan and twice they told this low interest rate when nearly approached approval the rate change to a higher.

I have an existing loan with ClickLoans and wanted to refinance to purchase a business as an investment. It has been 6 weeks since my initial enquiry, and I still have no real confirmation of updates (I simply need a 'yes' or 'no' response). I have made over 10 phone calls and sent many emails with no real progress. I will cancel my request and move my loan elsewhere. What a waste of time!
