first time ordering off of clickin it and never got a bundle so half my order was missing (i paid around £20 and this was £9.50 which is almost half) got a note in my package saying id be getting a refund but never received it & no response after trying to contact 3 different times on different medias (shop, email, even instagram). its been over a week 😭💔 i know some people might think £9.50 isnt a lot but im an unemployed teen.

I ordered on 6/12/24 all paid for and an acknowledged email. I am still waiting for a dispatch email 6 days after ordering. I have ordered from Clickinit before and never had any issues until now. I emailed the company this morning 12/12/24 and no reply after 5 hours of sending the email. I spent over £60 which at this time of year is a lot of money. I know it's the run up to Christmas but replying to an email goes a long way. If I don't get my delivery and no reply back from my email then I will be taking the matter forward.

After sending in the review I got an email from Clickinit with my dispatch details. I upped the stars from 1 to 3 stars. Hopefully no more issues now.

No postage labels for returns.

Mystery box was NOT worth it. No where near the price stated. Some of the sweets were also out of date.

Ordered two wonka boxes for grandchildren, nothing like advertised just in old cardboard boxes, two lollipops both smashed not happy at all .

Horrible tasting sweets . The green chewy ones are terrible and colouring leaves bright green on your tongue . Thrown in the bin not nice atall.

First order from this company for some Halloween sweets. They have a good selection for great prices. Arrived well packaged with no problems . Am sure my children will love them - many thanks .

This was the first time I ordered from here, and maybe the last, i placed the order for next day delivery, so I got emails and txt messages regarding my order from parcel force, so the day come for the order to be delivered, I had a time slot for the parcel, so I kept an eye on where the driver was, once the hour slot passed with no delivery of package, the tracking disappeared, so wasn't really sure why it didn't get delivered if it was out for delivery, so I tried to ring clickin it many times but just went to voice mail? So I emailed them and they refunded the postage after asking for this to be done by myself, then they told me the parcel was out for delivery, I did ask them to double check to make sure it was out for delivery today? But no answer back, and there was no goodwill gesture either?

It was all OK. Till my recent order with them. I ordered and stuff was missing. Said they was sorting it. Never did. Excuse was they have just brought the company of Charlie and daisy.

I've ordered twice now with this company the products are amazing and the second time I've had to contact them about my order and their customer service is second to none. They're polite and really bend over backwards to help. Cannot fault these, I'll be a regular - thank you!

Have ordered a few times now, had one issue that was sorted very quickly. Great service and quick delivery. Will definitely be ordering again.

Very disapointing, everything crushed as bottles were in with crushable items, over sized box with no packaging to protect everything from being thrown around inside the boxso everything got crushed.

Not all items were received, also ordered 2 of the same item expecting one of each flavour but send 2 of the same flavour.
Up until now I have always been pleased with my purchases, but this has really put me off from buying again.

Absolutely awful to deal with don't reply for at least two days you pay for next day delivery if ordered by set time yet still turns up couple days later nor worth the money especially prime drinks personally I wouldn't use these

I didn't recieve my order after they showed me proof of delivery to a door that wasn't mine! I asked for a refund or replacement and was told I was out of the time frame, I wouldn't ever use this company again!!!!

Ordered the prime cans for my little boy. Arrived super fast!! Great online shop and fab communication. Kept up to date with delivery slots and when my ordered had been processed. 1000% be a returning customer! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

me and my family done a couple order from here byt wont order again after trying to rip customers off £7.99 for prime! Rrp £1.99..

I expect people on fb to fleece people but not a "respectable" company...

Makes you wonder what other stuff is massively inflated

Excellent value for money delivery took longer because of postal strike so not the company's fault my family have loved everything I have bought something for everyone. Keep up the good work everyone

Excellent products at a fantastic price,
I got the cleaning pack which is just fantastic it covers you for the whole house.
I also bought the retro sweets pack as a gift for my husband and son and they just love them the amount of selection is unreal.
I picked some various 1p items along with some bonus pack for £1.99 and the amount of things I got was crazy it was perfect for movie nights.
The team is so friendly and helpful and are always at hand to answer your questions which is great.
All in all it was well worth the money even when postage and taxes went on, I highly recommend to anyone and I’m looking forward to ordering again soon.

Received my order in perfect time for Christmas, had a small hole in the box but that was down to the delivery company not the Clickinit team. Had great communication from them regarding this small hiccup.
The products were fantastic, i did a big order so i could experience items from the savoury and sweet departments. Brilliant range of products lots of stuff i’ve never heard of before. Page was user friendly and will most definitely use Clickinit again. Thank you!!
