No delivery or correspondence despite ordering 4 months ago. Sept 2025. Email sent again today given them 7 days before requesting a charge back via bank. Poor poor service

Very Good Customer Service
I placed an order on Clickcleaning's website on a Sunday and needed to clarify something the next day. The phone was answered quickly and the issue resolved immediately by a very helpful gentleman. Thank you and I will order from Clickcleaning again.

(hopefully) constructive criticism!
I used this company to order and pay for two items that were listed as in-stock - as my usual vendor had no stock at the time. One item was delivered on-time with no problems. The other was back-ordered according to the delivery note. A month later having received no communication, I emailed them, and received - to be fair - a swift reply saying they were chasing for a delivery date that day and would let me know when it would be, and if this was not satisfactory I could ask for a refund.
I waited a week or so for this info to be sent, and then gave up and emailed again asking for the refund since other vendors had the item in stock by then. The refund was sent very quickly but without any apology or acknowledgment for them having taken my money for a back-ordered item, and for me having to spend £7.99 + VAT for delivery of one small item.
Appreciate that the covid situation could have come into play here but please update the stock levels on your website more often.

I spent over hour putting items in my basket and spending over £1000 and at the end they don't post to uk post codes? This is well i think uk company, blows me away company's not wanting to sell?????

We ship most of mainland UK; however there are some postcodes that have been restricted due to excessive courier charges that we receive. I can only apologise for the wasted time spent adding items to your basket.
