Terrible- avoid
Terrible. They advertise as next day delivery to get you to order- which appealed to me as I needed something before a holiday. But in reality they take a day to check your order and then send multiple pointless questions; one of which was "how old are you" already having filled in my DOB in on my order form. Obviously they have taken payment straight away!
I replied to their questions first thing through the online form as they ask. Heard nothing back. A further day passes. I email asking when my order will be approved. No response. Eventually I message to ask to cancel. No response.
A few hours later I get an email to say my order is being dispatched "subject to other NHS checks". However, it's too late now so the order is pointless. I will try to do a credit card charge back but I realise because they make you contact them through their online forms rather than send actual emails, you have no proof of ever messaging. Scam company.

Your order was placed on 23rd June, and a clinical question was raised by our pharmacist on the same day. This was answered on 24th June, with your order approved and dispatched on 25th June, within our standard 1-2 working day timeframe following approval.
Clinical questions are a necessary part of our prescribing process and exist to ensure medications are dispensed safely. We do acknowledge that receiving a question about your date of birth may have seemed unnecessary given it was provided on the order form, and we're sorry if that caused any frustration.
Regarding next-day delivery, we'd like to clarify that our delivery timescales refer to the shipping method once an order has been approved and dispatched. As stated in our terms and conditions, we are a prescription service and cannot be relied upon for urgent treatment needs.
For time-sensitive medical requirements, we always recommend contacting your GP or NHS 111.
We can assure you we are a fully GPhC-regulated pharmacy and not a scam. All correspondence submitted through our online forms is logged and retained on our systems, so there is a full record of your communications with us.

Great apart from….
Great price and ease to re order however, I give 4* not 5 due to delivery. The delivery required me to be in all day up to 5pm so other time frame given or option to leave the parcel in my garage which made things difficult in receiving it as I work full time and don’t want to have it delivered elsewhere.
