Same as others. Ordered a phone they took 400 straight away and now nothing. They dont answer calls, emails, facebook. Worst thing it was my 14 yr old son who bought it after saving from Christmas and his bday. I have opened a case with paypal. Wondering if anyone has veen succesful in retrieving money back from them.

I bought an IPhone online through the Click website 5 weeks ago and there is no sign of it. Other than the ridiculously long wait, the company has failed in answering my endless phone calls and emails. I am entirely unsatisfied with the customer service that I have received regardless of any excuses given such as problems with "high demands". I will not be purchasing on the website again and will be recommending other people to do the same. After my upmost patience throughout the past week, I am getting in contact with my bank to get my money back.

Please people avoid this company, bought a phone online, didn’t get after a week even tracking number, try to contact them costumer service number is useless, nobody answered ever after 100 ringing, email them, no answers, txt them on Facebook, nothing!!! Have to open despute on PayPal to get my money back! I left comments on them fb pg for people to avoid this scam web and they block me, delete all my comments. Absolutely horrible company!!! Be aware!!!!

Horrific experience. Ordered a phone, the money came out of my account and three weeks later no phone. After two weeks i started emailing, ringing, contacting on FB, no response. I sent one final email stating i would be contacting the police and PayPal to deactivate their account and within minutes i got a strongly worded email saying there was no need for me to open a dispute with paypal and because i took this measure they would delay my refund even further. My local shop (lovely salesman, completely separate to online store) informed me that no orders had been shipped in 2 months due to a shortage in stock and they had received 1000's of complaints which they were simply ignoring. I hope PayPal will sort this for me hopefully and get my E400 back.

I purchased a Iphone 6 From click for my girlfriends birthday who is currently studying abroad on the 20th of September (order number 6203). She was coming home the weekend Sept 29th. No sign of the phone so eventually i go through to someone who said i wont have it in time. So i drove an hour an half to Navan to collect it. The battery wasn't great from the start but we gave it a chance. After she went back to England it stopped working. So it was sent back to click using tracked delivery. Then for the for the next two months no one would answer or email me back after hundreds of attempts. When she came home for xmas i then drove up to Navan. They then sent out us a replacement phone. From the get go the speaker wouldn't work and the front camera. Since then till this date 30th of January i have tried email, facebook messaging and ringing to no prevail. i am currently looking for a refund because i dont trust their replacement phones. I will not accept defeat until i get my full refund.

Would advise anyone looking for a phone to stay clear of click.ie. I got a phone that didn't work correctly... I have been trying to get in touch by email, phone,Facebook and even travelling an over an hour to a store,but they couldn't do anything because they said the store is different to online. It's a disgrace!!!!

There are no words to describe properly the shocking customer experience from this company. Do not purchase from them, please.

I purchased an iPhone as a Christmas present over 5 weeks ago and still no phone (ended up purchasing another one from Carphone Communications on Christmas Eve when I started feeling a bit uneasy having not been able to get through to anyone).

I still have not been able to get through to anyone (either by phone, email or FB comments) and am now in the process of getting a chargeback issued on my Visa Debit card through my bank. Really disappointing experience.

Worst shopping experience of my life, ordered a phone at the start of Dec was told I’d have by the 5th of jan! That passes and I call every day about 15 times a day, no answer , so I end up calling every click.ie shop, also no answer! I email, fb message , tweet, Instagram message and keep calling! Nothing! I eventually get one message saying I have to call them to get a refund but of course no one answers ! I now have to go through the bank to get my money back they are a total scam!!!!!

Why didn’t I google this company and it’s terrible reviews before ordering expensive IPhone ordered online and order number received. Rang the 0818 number 20+ Times never receiving answer other than mailbox full. Disgrace that a company can operate like this in 2018. I’m questioning whether they actually have any phones or just take orders and if they source the same model on the refurbished market send that out. Doubtful a grade A phone would be received. I’m in contact with my credit card company about refund and contacted one of their stores Navan to send them an email on my behalf. You have been warned.

Really worried about this company. My daughter bought a phone on 15 December, they were very quick to take her money, now they won't reply to emails and can't be contacted by phone "the person you are calling's mail box is full" is all we get. Totally unacceptable. WE don't know now if we've been scammed out of €400 or if the phone she ordered will eventually arrive. Very bad experience.

Do not buy from this company. Purchased a phone online 3 weeks ago, have had no phone delivered, no contact with them as their phone lines are not being answered, emails not being answered and I'm at the loss of my money. I had to get another phone for my daughter as it was a xmas present, and the stress that this company caused at xmas was unbearable. Terrible company. Terrible customer service.

Similar story to many others. Ordered a phone on Black Friday but still had not been delivered 3 weeks later. Made a complaint through paypal and presto phone arrived 2 days later. Cover not as described. Headphones no good for an iphone 7 without some sort of adapter. Items packed shoddily.
Item was xmas present so made the best of what i got. Changed my complaint on paypal to not as described. Now being told to return all items for a refund. Bit late as phone has been gifted. Can't help but think that click suspect as much in any case and know I cannot return.

I ordered an iphone 6 from the black friday deal on November 8th no calls or emails answered they keep updating their facebook saying all the phone have been dispatched. No tracking id no email nothing.Applied for a charge back with visa now have to rush out and find another phone at the busiest time of year. Avoid click.ie like the plague!

Ordered phone 23 November told 2/3 days... it's now 21 December ..... Company don't answer emails and phones just ring out. Literally called 20/30 times a day for 3 weeks... to a premium number I might add. Which they make money from every time it goes to mailbox !! When I did get through I was lied to . Told was top of the list and yesterday at the latest ( Tuesday 2 weeks ago) send 10 emails asking to cancel and refund. Got through to a guy in one of their shops who sent a cancellation email to them also. And now I'm told they sent it out and it's in delivery company's depot since 16th December... liars, scammers , chancers

Ordered the Black Friday I phone 6 deal they had, had shipping Black Friday via DPD on their site, it’s now 16th Dec and still no phone leaving me stuck without my daughters present for Christmas! Rang twice and was lucky I got through but was fobbed off by staff member Nicola who said it’s been sent and I’ll hear from DPD directly. She had no tracking number and it mailed them 3 times and now asked for a refund which I haven’t received. They should be banned from trading, everyone seems to be having the same issues. They are basically after robbing me. Have gone to bank to look for chargeback on my card recommend anyone else do the same who is in same position as me. They are now advertising a new deal online January sales!!! Can’t even deliver the November Black Friday deals. Do not use this company, you might as well throw your money in the fire!

A company with the worst customer service I ever encountered. Bought 2 iPhones. Took nearly a month to deliver. While I chased, they ignored my emails, failed to answer all but 2 of my many phonecalls, lied in both phonecalls as to dispatch dates and then sent me 1 good phone and 1 dud. Can't get any reply in respect of my entitlement to a replacement despite phonecalls, emails, web messages and a letter. Have started Court action. The company is not at the Navan address listed on their website!! Many customers have reported that they have made a fruitless trip to Navan to resolve their problems.

Ordered phone for Christmas. It did eventually arrive but wrong phone and badly marked. After a lot of emails I eventually got return address. Sent it back by registered post. That was two weeks ago but still no refund despite many emails! Never deal with them again.

Just returned home from a day of chasing my Black Friday order. I phone 7 ordered November the 3rd.
No sign of it today the 13th of Dec so I jumped in the car and went to navan only to find office has closed down!!!!!!
They are in blanchardstown now.
I went to that office, spoke to a lady who basically told me that no clue what happened to my order, I asked for refund which I got no problem but she couldn't care less. No apology nothing!!! I then asked to speak to a manager, another lady came down who did apologise but also went on to say that they are so behind it looks like they will be working Xmas eve!!!!
I would advise anyone who is still waiting on phones to go get a refund ASAP and go get somewhere else.
Absolutely discraceful. They do not care about your orders, or the fact a lot of parents are seriously worried about Christmas phones not arriving!!
