Excellent customer service!

I ordered 2 packs for my kids for Christmas, 1 of the packs came slightly damaged (only 1 block). I contacted customer services to let them know, they were quick to respond and offered a solution. They have been excellent with their communication and the kids absolutely love playing with the blocks. The delivery took a little longer to come initially so make sure you order in plenty of time. Excellent customer service! Thanks

Order Cancellation Attempt

After having placed my order, I found inconsistencies in the age appropriation for the product. So decided it would be safer not to purchase this product.

I followed the refund and cancellation policy and emailed the seller 7 minutes after my purchase, which at the time was inline with their cancellation policy, which gave you a 30 minute cancellation window.

The seller failed to issue me with a refund stating that they have been busy and the order has been dispatched. They apologised for not replying quickly enough. But said I needed to receive the product now.

I have emailed multiple times to request a refund and also sent them a screenshot of their cancellation policy. But they have continued to insist that I need to receive the product.

It’s been over two weeks and I still haven’t received a refund. They have also changed their cancellation policy.

Not a very customer friendly experience.

To clarify, our system is fully automated, meaning orders are processed and sent to fulfilment very quickly after being placed so customers can receive their items as soon as possible. In some cases, even when a cancellation request is sent shortly after purchase, the order may already have entered the fulfilment process before it can be manually stopped. At the time you contacted us, your message was received and acknowledged, but unfortunately the order had already progressed to dispatch before it could be intercepted. This is why delivery was required before any return or refund process could begin. We’re sorry that this wasn’t the outcome you were hoping for.

2 x legendary packs

I ordered 2 x legendary packs for my grandson who is 6 in Feb.
I’d heard/read so much about these Click Blocks, and decided to have a look at them. They looked so good and decided to order the Build a world Legendary set .. then next day I ordered the Frozen World Legendary pk.
However I was a bit concerned as had not received these packs , so I wrote an email expressing my concerns.
But the customer service was brilliant and they said they would check everything out. I need not have been worried. Both packs arrived a couple days later. Seems it was the parcel delivery company was bit overrun with Christmas deliveries.
My Grandson will love these.

It's wrong to offer free 35 piece packs in return for a 5 star review when product and service don't warrant it

I purchased the legendary box for my grandson for Christmas, I ordered on the 13th December and received it Christmas eve. I was so worried about receiving it in time I purchased some magnetic blocks of similar design from Amazon with same day delivery.
The reason for delay according to Yodel was that it was coming from China and needed customs clearance.
The misrepresented sales tactics are that the legendary box is supposed to come with a storage box and an extra 5 characters, the storage box is the box they come in and the 5 extra characters are included in the 150 blocks the legendary box contains. When it arrived the box is about the same size as an A4 sheet if paper, I don't think they are worth the just shy of £40 I paid for them. I got 120 blocks of Amazon for £9.99 and the are bigger blocks.
I sent an email to click blocks to ask about the supposedly storage box and extra characters, they sent an email back basically saying they are not extras as detailed above, so mis selling in my view. They also asked me to provide a 5 star review and they would send me a free 35 block pack, but I'm sorry but this does not sit well with me, I cannot provide a 5 star review for a company employing such tactics and the product and service received does not warrant 5 stars. If for any reason you need to return, their returns policy is far from straight forward, you have to pay you to send it back to China, they don't indicate on their website that these items come from China as far as I could see, saying their delivery times are 4 - 8 days.
So click blocks I'm not taking your offer of a free 35 block pack

Excellent Gift for my Little One

My toddler loves building blocks and I saw these online, figured they look cool so why not try them out. I didn't quite get them in time for Xmas (Yodels issue, not the company). Since she's opened them, she's been coming back to these and neglecting all her other presents! They have a satisfying 'click' when placed together and so far, we've had a lot of fun coming up with our own constructs. Highly recommend if you want to get your child thinking.

No help with wrong address

I mistakenly put a wrong digit in my post code but contacted the company straight away however they chose to ignore my request and would not ask evri to change the address which is for them to do as the sender in charge of the package until it arrives at its destination. So now I have no parcel and our £20. So thank you

To clarify, once an order is processed and handed over to the courier, address changes are unfortunately outside of our direct control. Couriers such as Evri restrict post dispatch address modifications for security reasons, and in these cases any changes or redirection requests must be handled directly by the courier once the parcel is in their network.

The whole family loves these!

These click blocks are amazing and such a great invention for something different!

We have found the blocks to be of great quality and the magnetic pull on them is perfect for the purpose.

On Boxing Day I made 2 more larger orders, one for the legendary pack plus an extra, and a couple of hours later when the new pink pack came out I had to order a larger pack of that, too with the whole family loving them to stretch the imagination further! It keeps the kids entertained for hours with so much the imagination can come up with to build, it's endless.

Honestly, I can't fault the company either. I didn't realise I made an error with personal information on my Boxing Day order and I had an email sent to me to fix it up and a quick reply with some kind words to go along with it.

I will not hesitate to buy more of these in the future and of course buy for gifts to help kick-start a new healthy tech-free obsession for the extended family!

150-piece Legendary Pack, Kid loves it, but the advertised freebies are misleading

I ordered the 150-piece Legendary Pack from Click Blocks for Christmas for my child. The product itself is decent — my child genuinely enjoys playing with it, the blocks are fun to build with, and it does what it’s meant to do. From a play point of view, it’s fine.
However, the value and marketing are where things fall down. I chose this pack specifically because it advertised a free storage box and 5 free characters. When the order arrived, there were no additional items included beyond the standard contents.
After contacting customer service, I was told that the ‘free storage box’ is simply the normal box that all Click Blocks packs already come with, and that the 5 ‘free’ characters are already included within the 150-piece count. This means no actual freebies are provided at all, despite the wording strongly implying that there would be extra items included on top of the pack.
The website presentation adds to the confusion. When switching between different pack sizes, the main product images remain the same, which makes it unclear what differs between packs. Since all packs show come with a box as standard, advertising a ‘free storage box’ reasonably leads customers to expect an additional or upgraded item, which isn’t the case.
The pack also appears to be permanently on sale under different names (holiday sale, special offer, etc.), which makes the promotion feel artificial rather than genuinely discounted.
Customer service was polite, but I was then offered extra blocks on the condition that I leave a 5-star Trustpilot review, which didn’t sit right with me.
Overall, the product itself is enjoyable, but it’s overpriced for what you actually receive, and the advertised ‘freebies’ are what would have made it feel worth the cost. The lack of transparency in the marketing is the main issue here.

Click Block pack 10/10!

My Click Block pack arrived before Christmas and my twin grandchildren absolutely LOVED them!!! They started playing with the magnetic blocks as soon as they opened them and haven't stopped!!! Exactly as described great customer service

I’m not sure about the negative reviews but I’d ignore them, I ordered these for Christmas an then saw the negatives an asked for a refund seeing I didn’t think they would come in time or be as expected, not only did they refund me half the price, they indeed did rock up in time for Christmas. (Bout 2 weeks) they also are exactly as advertised… I assume the negative reviews didn’t properly read what they were getting but it came exactly as advertised and my 12yr old loves them. Customer service was also very helpful and prompt.

Love these blocks

Love these blocks. Goal was less screen time, so that's definitely achieved. 150 sounds like a lot but I feel like you need more to make structure like the pictures shown. Customer service was pretty good, can't complain. Definitely recommend.

Ordered on 18th November and still waiting

Ordered on 18th November. Still not arrived for Christmas. Lie after lie regarding delivery, lost in post and package returned. Replies on emails are automated and do not relate to any questions/enquiries, just offer a discount if you re-order. I’ve asked four times now for confirmation that they are uk based, as advertised and red flags were raised with the reply times all being in the early hours of the morning.
Isabelle……Is a liar.
My bank are being informed after the Christmas break and I’ll be filling in a complaints form for Trading Standards.
Don’t let these scamming time wasters get away with it.

I feel scammed

I feel scammed, I did not receive what I thought I was going to get. I spent over $100 to receive three small packages with a few blocks in them.

I agree with the latest review on here…

I agree with the latest review on here from MH as I have had the same experience. Ordered 2 sets for Christmas for my grandsons, they still haven't arrived. Appalling customer service, when you send email asking where your order is you get one back totally ignoring your question along with an ad offering you half price goods.
I expect they will pretend to be somebody else and put a 5 star review on after this.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Received my 1st order on 31st December, 2nd order from 17th Dec still not received, customer services sending me details and pic of 1st delivery after I ask them about order no.2. Beware and do not order from this company. They are 100% scammers.
There will be at least 5 positive reviews after this which will definitely be from the scammers. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BUYING CLICK BLOCKs.

Avoid - items do not arrive

I ordered Click Blocks weeks ago as a Christmas gift and they still haven’t arrived.
Tracking shows the item is being shipped from abroad, but it doesn’t say where from — and nowhere on the website does it make clear that these products are not UK-based.
This feels very misleading, especially when ordering gifts with an expectation of reasonable delivery times. I’ve emailed the company multiple times and have received no response at all.
I also noticed a theme in the reviews where delays are often blamed on the delivery company. However, I think this misses the point — the real issue is that Click Blocks does not clearly disclose that items are shipped internationally, which would obviously impact delivery times.
Until they are transparent about shipping origins and respond to customer queries, I wouldn’t recommend ordering — particularly for time-sensitive purchases like Christmas present

EDIT: company responded January 12th (only to this review, they still haven't bothered to reply to my email). At this point, obviously they should refund, but still refusing, so escalating with my credit card company as a legal dispute. I placed the order a month ago.

UPDATE: I received an empty box. The company then used a photo of that as proof they delivered the order. Really stupid, given the box was tiny and obviously wouldn't fit the order.
Based on other reviews this is clearly a fraudulent company
